Bienvenido a mi espacioso piso de planta baja (500 pies cuadrados / 50 metros cuadrados) que forma parte de una casa victoriana original de ladrillo rojo en una zona residencial de West Kensington. Con dos estaciones de metro bien conectadas a 5 minutos a pie, todo Londres es realmente accesible

El piso, que tiene techos altos, consta de una habitación doble amplia y luminosa con cama doble y un cómodo colchón terapéutico. Hay un amplio espacio de almacenamiento, un cuarto de baño privado con ducha y bañera, un aseo adicional separado para invitados, una cocina luminosa y alegre totalmente equipada que da a una espaciosa sala de recepción que tiene un sofá cama doble de buen tamaño y un comedor. Además, hay una cuna plegable para quienes viajan con un niño pequeño.

TRANSPORTE:
El piso está muy cerca y es equidistante tanto de la estación de metro Baron's Court (línea Piccadilly, línea District y Circle) como de la estación de metro West Kensington (línea District y Circle), así como a las principales rutas de autobuses, lo que significa que puede estar en el centro de Londres. (Oxford street, Piccadilly) en 20 minutos.

También el cementerio de Brompton (utilizado en muchos lugares de cine) está a 15 minutos a pie.

PASEOS: el río Támesis con todos sus lugares secretos está a 20 minutos a pie.

COMPRAS: No muy lejos del apartamento se encuentran High Street Kensington, el famoso Kings Road, Notting Hill, Westbourne Grove y el moderno y vibrante centro comercial Westfield. Un poco más lejos está Knightsbridge, donde encontrarás los famosos grandes almacenes Harrods y la vecina Sloane Street, hogar de algunas de las mejores boutiques de marcas del mundo.

GALERÍAS, MUSEOS Y ATRACCIONES:
El V&A está a solo 10 minutos en metro. Al lado está el Museo de Historia Natural y cerca, en Hyde Park, está la Serpentina. La Galería Saatchi también está muy cerca, así como la Real Academia de las Artes y la Tate Britain.

Wonderful London Flat

We enjoyed staying in this spacious apartment in London suburbs. The subway was within walking distance as were restaurants and stores. Very clean with all the amenities available for a pleasant stay.

The bed

Communication with Faiza was excellent. The property is in a good neighbourhood with easy tube access. The major concern was the bed the mattress needs to be replaced. We woke with back aches every morning. Very uncomfortable.

Excellent location, flat, and communication

This flat is close to two Underground stations, and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for going into central London for the day, and then coming back to a quiet and peaceful place to rest. Clean and large, with everything you need to feel at home. The owner is very responsive to texts. We would stay there again.

Extended stay in London

We recently stayed two weeks in Faiza’s apartment. The booking and communication process with Faiza was seamless. He responded quickly to my questions and concerns and when we arrived, we were met at the apartment and explained the heating system etc. The apartment can be used for four people but more accommodating for two. I was there with my daughter and two granddaughters for one week. My granddaughters slept on a pullout sofa and said it was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms is very helpful, especially with four women! After they left my husband joined me and we made full use of the kitchen facilities which is well equipped. The apartment is very airy. There are other folks on an upper floor but it was very quiet. The only reason why I gave the review four stars is because the sofa is not the same as pictured in the photo. There is washer dryer combo which is very handy for an extended stay. The property’s location is a quick walk from two tube stops. Because Baron’s Court is on the Piccadilly Line getting to and from Heathrow is simple. We found places to buy groceries nearby and there are restaurants in the area. We had some lovely dinners at Curtains Up . Excellent takeaway meat pies can be purchased at the butcher shop right near the Baron’s Court Tube station. Try C’est Ici for baked goods, sandwiches and coffee. Earls Court is a bit further but certainly walkable and has much to offer. Overall the property is a find. The neighborhood is excellent and Faiza is a very good manger; I appreciated how he communicated and would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival we received the keys from a young man waiting outside the flat. He handed the keys to us and left. We never met with Faiza but corresponded via emails. Although we requested two separate sleeping spaces months before arrival, only the bed in the bedroom was prepared. Wet sheeting and towels in the dryer was left in the laundry cubicle. We had to make up the couch bed in the lounge ourselves. The carpet in main bedroom is stained and filthy. The plumbing is in need of repairs. The flat is spacious and well equipped. Be careful of the dishwasher door though. It is heavy and falls forward to the floor. It slipped out of my hand onto my foot, quite painfull.There are 2 metros a few blocks away from the flat. A £200 deposit was taken when we booked. With currency fluctuation receiving the deposit back it cost me £25.

Bel appartement dans maison londonienne dans quartier résidentiel.

Bons souvenirs du séjour malgré quelques détails regrettables mais sans conséquence : accessoires de cuisine, eau chaude bruyante (et faible dans la cuisine), douche difficile à pratiquer, fenêtres mal isolées au froid, plancher sonore de l'étage au dessus.

Convenient Location and nice price

We were only there for 3 days and this place met all our needs. It had a nice kitchen but we ate all our meals out so we were just looking for something clean and convenient to the Tube. This met our needs. The bed left something to be desired as it was just a double mattress with no springs and for us was quite small. The furniture was nice but very modest and the sofa and chairs were all very low. Great for someone with short legs.

ottima location

Appartamento carino, ben fornita la cucina, in luogo tranquillo con moltissimi negozi di alimentari e locali a pochi passi. Molto vicina la fermata di west Kensington sulla district line. Ottima collaborazione da parte di Faiza, il propietario.

Experience London like a local

We were quite comfortable in this rental for a party of 4. It is in great location to two Tube stations. Although we experienced a heat wave during our stay. The fans provided kept us cool. Many shops restaurants and stores close by. Very convenient by train from Heathrow. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at earlier time before check in time. Would recommend this rental.

Excellent Stay

Ashil was accommodating and helpful, agreeing to meet me at the apartment at 8:30 a.m. and check me in then, much earlier than the standard check-in time, since my flight arrived at 6. He also promptly responded to all my questions. Much appreciated. The apartment was scrupulously clean, appeared as in the photos and description, and was comfortable and well equipped. There were plenty of towels and a great shower. The upstairs occupants or their guests were noisy one night, but the apartment was otherwise quiet, happily well into the morning. I really liked not having to drag bags up or down any stairs. I also liked the neighbourhood feel of South Kensington and the proximate location of a grocery store, ethnic restaurants and two pubs. Best was the location about 10 minutes away of underground stations for two of the most useful subway lines, one a short, direct ride to Heathrow.

Very nice

Good location, clean and tidy. Hosts were very helpful. Bed was a bit lumpy and the kitchen could have a few more items, ie cutting board, scissors. Lovely entertainment centre, and thank goodness for the fans!

Great place to stay!

We (three of us) were in for London 4 days, and this flat gave us convenient access to the city via the Baron Court Station. The owners were very helpful -- providing directions for getting to the flat and checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to have a great shower and room to spread out and relax at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Great little kitchen! I would recommend this flat.

Quiet, clean, and convenient!

Flat was clean and conveniently located to 2 tube stations for lines we used most frequently - Piccadilly and District. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It was also an easy walk to a SixT car rental office for when we left London for a couple days (less expensive than when you pick up at an airport lot). Owner responded very quickly and courteously to all inquiries - really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to stay in London!

We love staying at the flat in West Kensington. So close to the tube, easy access to groceries and very comfortable and clean. It was nice having a washer and dryer, however, if you are coming from the US, you may not be accustomed to the small washer/dryer combos. Does very small loads and the dryer is inefficient - great for getting caught up with some essentials though. Ashil and Faisa were very accommodating and turned us on to one of the best Indian meals we'ver ever had. At a pub surprisingly, not far from the flat called Warwick Arms I think. We only had 3 days, and would have been happy to stay longer!

Wonderful accommodations

Helpful, organized hosts. Apt in great condition and close to public transport. You could hear upstairs neighbors quite clearly but that's true anywhere you stay. Really easy to go around the city. Neighborhood was pleasant. Would stay there again!

Beautiful flat..Nice neighborhood.

The flat was clean and cozy. Easy access to Tube to go to London's attractions. Only complaint not enough hot water for 3 people to shower and washing machine not working. Couple was wonderful and let us drop off bags early. Would stay again..

Comfortable, well equipped and great location.

Used as a base while visiting museums and attractions at embankment. Nothing was too far away and close access to both Piccadilly and District lines. Flat had everything we needed for a short stay and was well kept and presented.

very clean, nicely furnished appartment in a quiet location.

We spent a relaxing and enjoyable 9 days in London, using this very pleasant airy, ground floor appartment as our base. The close proximity to public transport made the car during our stay unnecessary. A secure private parking space for the duration was found just around the corner through JustPark.com. A 15 minute walk to the Thames made it ideal to watch the Boat Race from a great position. All facilities in the property matched the description and all worked, except for the toaster. Shops, pubs and small cafés were all in walking distance in this vibrant west London community. The nights were undisturbed by traffic or loud neighbours. Ashil and his wife were very helpful there was no trouble picking up the key. I would recommend the flat to anyone and would consider booking it again at a future date.

Perfect flat in quiet neighborhood for London visit!

Great little flat

This was a great little flat to stay in whilst we were looking for more permanent accommodation in London. As it's within walking distance of two train lines it was really convenient to get around. There are also several cute delis, wine shops and grocery stores nearby. Whole Foods, bars, pubs and restaurants as well as more shopping options are a 20-25 minute walk away (or a couple of stops on the train). Ashil was very responsive and we really appreciated being able to check in a bit early after a long flight!

Fantastic modern apartment!

Wonderful location close to two Tube stations, shopping, restaurants, pubs, etc. Safe, well kept, quiet neighborhood just a short Tube ride from all the London sights. The apartment is large, with modern but very comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything you need including a large fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The washer/dryer was useful. My favorite part of the day was gazing out the kitchen window watching the yellow cat sunning on the garden wall. Lots of birds in the garden too! Thanks for a memorable vacation for my daughter and I.

Great area

We enjoyed our stay at Ashil's apartment. There was an issue with the water temperature in the shower, however Ashil compensated us adequately to make up for the inconvenience. We definitely recommend this listing and would consider staying here again!
