Spanning two levels, this elegantly appointed apartment boasts all the modern amenities and comforts you crave. Hosting up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, the first floor features a queen bed and bathroom, while the second floor unveils two bedrooms with a queen bed and a double bunk bed (single on top). The spacious kitchen, dining area, and lounge, along with a second bathroom, provide a perfect blend of functionality and style.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV offering various applications, and a heat pump ensures your comfort in any season. The beach and the main shopping strip are just a stone's throw away, and for a delightful dining experience, Latitude Restaurant and Bar beckon just across the road.

Secure parking is available for a jetski in the garage, with additional street parking. Please note that the garage is recommended for drop-offs only, as its size can be challenging to navigate. For your convenience, The Onyx Laundromat is a mere 20 meters from the gate, offering a quick solution in case laundry needs arise, though a clothesline is also available on the property. Your stay at The Metropolitan promises the perfect blend of sophistication and accessibility.

Important Note: Regarding your reservation, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.

These terms are designed to ensure the smooth processing of your reservation and to account for any potential damages or additional cleaning required during your stay.
