Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment has an open plan kitchen dining area, two private balconies, is centrally heated/air conditioned and has one dedicated secure car park.

We have high speed wi-fi and a 65" smart television.

The view from our Apartment is beautiful, facing across to the Seaport and the Cataract Gorge, and captures plenty of afternoon sunshine.

We employ Launceston's top commercial cleaner so you can rest assured that the Apartment is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

The lovely, Tasmanian Myrtle kitchen includes quality appliances and plenty of storage.

You can get the lift downstairs for a meal at the lovely Bluestone restaurant as our Apartment is a private residence within the Sebel complex. In addition, Bluestone provides an in house full room service menu to all guests.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Launceston with all Launnie (as the locals call it) has to offer. You will be within walking distance of the CBD, Cataract Gorge, Penny Royal, many fine dining options and on the free Tiger bus route for tourists.

We are also only an easy 5 minute drive to the Launceston Medical hub and a short 15 minute commute to the Launceston Airport.

Guest access
The key and security fob can be collected by guests from the apartment letter box. A security code to open the letter box will be provided closer to your stay.
The security fob will provide you with access to the building and secure car park.

Other things to note
Unload your belongings at the complex entrance or collect the key and security fob from the letterbox and park your car in the dedicated secure car park where you can directly access the building via the lifts.
Please note the maximum height for entry into the car park is 2.0 meters.
