Looking for a handy base to explore the delights of Martinborough, or seeking some quiet solitude away from the bustle of the city, Casa Toscana - the perfect destination.
Features open-plan living, with stylish, modern decor, sleeps nine people. Drinks & BBQ on the deck. The property is hedged for your privacy. You will also have access to on-site communal facilities including a tennis court, trampoline and heated salt-water pool.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen with soft carpet and tastefully decorated. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen is complete including a chefs gas cook top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of bench space. Carpeted bedrooms and tiled bathrooms with a lovely deep bath to relax in the family bathroom.

The facilities

- Unlimited wifi, 60inch smart television, Netflix, Sky, and board games.
- Access to Pinot Groves COMMUNAL swimming pool and paddling pool (Late October-April), tennis court and trampoline.

- Two bathrooms, walk-in showers, free-standing bath, hair dryer, hair straightener.
- Fully equipped laundry including iron, ironing board and clothesline.

The rooms
- The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and ensuite
- Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, bedside tables, wardrobe space and shelving. Bedroom 2 uses the family bathroom.
- Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe space and shelving. Bedroom 3 uses the family bathroom.
- Lounge has a queen-sized fold down sofa bed, that is not the old hard style, this is as comfy as your bed.

You have full access to the property, back yard is fully private. The pool, tennis court and trampoline are available to be used by guests staying at the house. Note: the pool is closed between Easter and Labour weekend. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.

The square is just a short drive for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant, amazing pizza at Little Square Pizza, or tasty burgers at 5711 located in the square, have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.

Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants' Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch.

If shopping is your thing, poke around in the funky lil boutique shops sprinkled around the square and grab some of the locally produced delicacies on offer.

Just half an hour's drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.

Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you're here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder!

The main Square is located just 900m and where you will find a bus stop which can connect you to the train line if you wish to explore some of what the rest of the Wairarapa has to offer, or head into Wellington.
