With an open plan living area and kitchen, separate bedroom with a queen bed and wardrobe for the storage of clothes and luggage, you will feel right at home. Above the bedroom, a mezzanine floor that captures the sun.
The Kitchen has all the appliances you will need, from making a coffee to a fully cooked meal. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge and plenty of cupboard space.
Enjoy sipping the tipple of your choice on the deck outside or languish on the period furniture with a good book and a cup of tea!
There is a generously sized modern bathroom with a tiled shower, and even a washing machine and dryer.
Outside there is ample space for parking a boat or a car.
Please note, this space is shared with another house on the same property. Since they are in close proximity to each other, it would work well if both were booked together, however this is not
a necessity.

There are tennis courts, a playground and a large public field right across the road also. Lake Hawea is a chilled out village, favoured by kiwi families.
It is a short walk to Lake Hāwea and to several of the local amenities. It is a 12km drive or 20min drive into Wanaka township
The property is professionally cleaned after each client and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen is included in the cleaning fees.
Guests and should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
