Our spacious 2 bdrm suite in our house offers privacy while basking in the Lake Okanagan views sitting on the balcony or from within. You will be 5 min drive to Peachland's downtown area, 5 min walk to Hardy Falls (salmon spawning), 10 min walk to Antlers beach.
Free parking available for RV, truck and boat, several vehicles.
Quadding trails to several mountain lakes.
5 minutes to boat launch.
Short distance to many wineries (brochure and maps on premise).
Walking distance to a sand beach.
Walking distance to Hardy falls to view spawning of Kokanee salmon during spawning season. Nice trail which is dog friendly. 5 minute drive to pet friendly beach where dogs love to go for a swim. A cat on premises.
In the middle of fantastic ski destinations Big White in Kelowna (1 hr 1/2 drive/90kms), Apex in Penticton (26 mins drive/35 kms), Silverstar in Vernon (1hr 35 mins drive/132 kms). Wineries throughout the Okanagan (brochures and maps available for your taking).

Great Stay with Thoughtful Touches

We recently stayed at this lovely VRBO in Peachland and had a wonderful experience overall. The host was fantastic, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The bedrooms and bathroom were extremely comfortable, and we were delighted to find the fridge stocked with amazing treats, teas, coffee, and even a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of appliances, which was great for our cooking needs. However, the kitchen layout required a bit of creativity to make things work, including the unique setup of washing dishes outside. It was a minor inconvenience but something to be aware of. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The thoughtful touches and great hospitality made it a memorable experience. 4 out of 5 stars!

Beautiful view on Okanagan Lake

We’ve planned to stay 3 nights and finally add another day, the view is completely stunning! We were close enough from various activity but far enough to have a quiet place! Thanks to Francoise and Chris for the hospitality!

Great location away from traffic

The property was clean and did the job. It has various appliances and a fridge, but there is a bit of a sink setup outside that might not be ideal for lengthy stays or cold weather. Just something to be aware of. Overall quite satisfied.

This property is just as described. Fran and Chris were very friendly and helpful. The House was comfortable and the view was outstanding. Great stop off to check out the Okanagan Valley and plethora of wineries in the area. What an amazing place. Thank You

A beautiful accommodation with a great view. Very comfortable and friendly host! We were there when the wildfires swept through Kelowna and Chris still made sure we were comfortable and doing ok. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful lodging

Exactly as described, looked even better than the photos make it seem. Amazing and very helpful hosts. This is the place to stay if you want great hosts, a very clean and comfortable space and a great location! Can't say enough, this suite provided us a wonderful base camp for 2 weeks while our family of 5 toured the valley. Thank you Chris!!!!!

Amazing place!

We had an incredible family weekend at Chris' property. The foosball table and hot-tub were by far the highlights, however there were many others. The view from the property over the lake is picturesque, the cozy feel of the home combined with all the small touches and delicious wine, and all the amenities we could need were provided for. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

The property is exactly at stated by the owner. It was exactly what we needed for a short family break in beautiful Peachland. Chris was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus. We will be back.

Amazing outside space!

We stayed for a week and would book again. Once we figured out there was a kettle to heat water for the outside sink it made doing dishes easier. (A bit of a camping vibe which was cool). Super clean-lots of towels! Hosts left wine and pop for us. Had fun playing Foosball! Although inside suite was comfortable and perfect temp with air conditioning, the outside patio with the spectacular views is where we spent most of our time.

Such an amazing place

Went to peachland for a wedding and honestly didn’t want to attend after seeing the property we were staying at. I wish we could have spent more time at this beautiful property. The view is spectacular. The place was very clean and the owners were super friendly and communication was top shelf. Would absolutely stay here again.

The stay was what I expected. It was a fun place for my family , loved the tub and the soccer table . The view was awesome. . For in experienced people , perhaps a brief lesson on the operation of the satellite tv would be great . Lol

Fantastic but without a working kitchen

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property - our hosts were attentive and present without being invasive. We especially loved the absolutely stunning view (especially when sitting in the hot tub!) and really appreciated the high level of cleanliness and provision of a bottle of wine and pop for the kids, beach towels, shampoos, soaps, etc. And a special delivery of homemade delicious gluten-free choc chip cookies was so appreciated! We would have given this property a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the lack of a usable kitchen space. While there is a microwave and a small toaster oven there is no sink or accessible hot water. We had to wash our dishes with cold water at a make-shift sink outside - while this may pass in summer it definitely was a HUGE negative over the cold weekend we were there. A disappointment when everything else was so perfect. Less of a problem, but also something to note - we also found the noise from the owners above to be a nuisance - they were lovely but we weren't so keen on hearing chairs being moved around, things being dropped, conversations, coughing, TV/music, and even the dog walking across the floor. It also made us hyper-aware that our noise might disturb them which was not what we wanted from a holiday rental. All in all we would definitely go back - but in summer and better prepared for the lack of kitchen space!! Thank you again to Chris and Francoise, and to your lovely kids

Perfect getaway spot!

We stayed with Chris and Fran for a few days and we only have positive things to say about the accommodation. These hosts are fantastic people who made them selves available to us at all times, should we have needed it. The suite is more private than the posting sounds. Once you go down to the patio area, it’s a cozy nook to enjoy the beautiful view. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of extra linens should we have needed it. I highly recommend this place. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful overlook!

This is a beautiful spot to stay! The view alone is worth it, but there's also lots of nice amenities to go with it. The hot tub overlooking the lake was awesome! Everything we needed was there and Chris was always there to answer questions or help out. The place is also just a short walk down to Antler Beach which is a nice, quiet little stretch of beach. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Peachland!

We were looking for a secluded property and yet close to all amenities. We love the serenity and peacefulness you get when admiring the wonderful views whether as the sun sets or rises over the horizon. We never get bored of the lake and mountain views. We love our home.
