A centrally-located 3 bedroom house on a quiet road with a private parking space. This sunny and stylish house has a large garden but is a 6-minute walk to the seafront and is ideal for a family holiday.

The property includes a well-equipped kitchen diner, two sitting rooms, bathroom, a king size double room, a double room and bunk room. It can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children.

The bed linen is all 400+ thread count Egyptian Cotton.

Have a relaxing stay in beautiful Whitstable in this comfortable yet stylish house, with everything you need to enjoy time spent with family or friends.

There are two decking areas in the garden - both with seating - perfect for eating breakfast in the morning or having an evening drink.

The kitchen has a range oven and gas stove, a large fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and washer dryer. It has all the pots and pans and utensils you will need to cook during your stay. There is salt, pepper, olive oil, tea and coffee available to use. There is a dining table that seats 6 people comfortably which looks out on to the garden.

There are also two sitting rooms downstairs, both with flat screen TVs and comfy sofas and chairs to relax on. There are jigsaws, board games and books available if the weather isn't kind to you!

Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom, with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed, as well as a clothes rail and hangers to hang your clothes on. The third bedroom has bunk beds and is an ideal room for kids to stay in. All the beds have 400+ thread count Egyptian Cotton bedding and Egyptian Cotton towels are provided.

The bathroom is also upstairs and has both a bath and shower.

The house is perfectly located for exploring Whitstable, being a minute's walk from the high street and 5 minutes further to the beach. It's also a 6-minute walk from the train station.

Whitstable is a lovely seaside town, with a bustling high street full of lovely shops to explore, as well as many delicious restaurants and cosy pubs.

You can park in the private parking space around the back of the house and then Whitstable is all accessible on foot or by bike. There are regular trains to and from London and to the rest of the coastline. There is a regular bus to Canterbury.

T&Cs / DEPOSIT:
We require the completion of our check-in form. This includes an agreement to our booking terms & payment of a refundable security deposit. This security deposit will be returned upon checkout unless there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

LONG TERM STAY CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require fortnightly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at additional cost.
