The townhouse has fresh paint, new carpet and flooring, new furniture, new towels and linens, new dishes, etc. It's fresh, private, and everything you need for a relaxing stay in Provo between playing, working, and visiting.

Build memories as you have a foosball tournament or play Jenga in the living room. Indulge in a hot bath or enjoy a gourmet meal around the large dining room table.

The townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, driveway, and yard all for your enjoyment. Sit back while the kids play in the backyard or hook them up with a movie downstairs on your laptop downstairs while you take a nap on the very comfy queen bed upstairs.

We have a self-check-in, so chances are we won't meet up in person, but we live just a few blocks away and can help you out with whatever you might need during your stay.

We're happy to provide recommendations for dining, things to do, getting around, etc. Just let us know what you need.

Great place to stay when visiting BYU

Nice, clean house. Loved having the half-bath as well as the full bath. Much better than staying in a hotel. Close to BYU campus. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to restaurants and other local amenities.

UP'S and DOWN'S

This is a convenient location close to downtown Provo and is walkable to public transportation to BYU, Angela was a very responsive and accommodating host but I have to be honest -- the unit is minimally supplied and household items provided (sheets, towels, kitchen equipment, etc.) are not high-end quality.

Education Week

We were SUPER BUMMED to find the house was two levels. We did not see that mentioned on the website. We are all 4 over 70 and have pain when navigating stairs. Also - A TV should be standard on a VRBO. No TV and the beautiful back yard had no lawn chairs. There were other little things, but I mentioned them to the owners. It would be better for a young family. Lessons learned, and I will ask more questions another time.

Looks nicer than what it was

No Kuerig. Folgers coffee in the freezer. The pans provided were cheap and not worth using. Last minute communication. Smelled a little bit musty.

Relaxing stay!

The property was perfect for my children and I to stay for a few days. After being in a hotel room for a few nights, this was so refreshing to have space! Large bedrooms, plenty of sleeping space, a full kitchen, big backyard, off street parking all appreciated. Convenient location to 15, and also into Provo. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Central Location

This townhouse was in a cul-de-sac and we found it very easily and it was central to the areas we were going in town. The hostess was very good at communicating and left us with breakfast items and popcorn which the kids loved!

Great place to rest!!

We were just passing through this time and needed a place to crash. This place was perfect!! Very clean, great location, and great property manager!! We will stay here again when we come back to Utah.

great place in good location

we stayed here for our son's wedding in Provo. This property had a great location; less than 10 mins to BYU; and it was a home run for us. The place is clean and modern. We would stay here again. I left my glasses and the owner was great in helping return them after the stay.

Bien localizada, con todo lo necesario para la estadía, cómoda, limpia, zona muy tranquila. Excelentes anfitriones Mis únicas sugerencias serian que proporcionaran mayor información sobre las facilidades que hay alrededor (que son varias) y antes de entregar la propiedad al inquilino verificaran que todos los artículos de cocina y limpieza sean suficientes para al menos 2 dias y estén todos en muy buenas condiciones.

Comfy and cozy

This unit was central to freeway access, bus system, stores, gas stations, and food. The unit was VERY clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The rooms were roomy and inviting. The beds were comfortable. The back yard was refreshing for the kids to run around. The neighborhood was very quiet. Great place!

Better option then hotel

My daughter was having a medical procedure. I stayed at this townhouse to help her, so she could recover with me privacy then her student apartment - this was the perfect fit for us.

Exactly as listed

This property was everything it was listed to be. It was clean, the kids loved the tent & bunk bed, I appreciated a washer and dryer and the smooth check in and out process. The icing on the cake came when my daughter opened the front door on our first morning there and discovered three ducks on the front lawn looking like they were the welcoming committee! Of course we had to feed them and take pictures!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

My grandpa and two uncles built this townhouse when I was a kid. I remember taking them lunches with my grandma on hot summer days and playing in the construction site. When my grandpa passed away, each uncle inherited one side of the townhouse. In 2018, I was able to purchase the townhouse my grandpa built and turn it into a VBRO. I hope you will love this place as much as I do :)
