Self Contained Beautiful 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Suite in Port Coquitlam

This spacious, clean and private ground level 2 bed/2 bath suite offers keyless entry, over 1000 sqf of living space with laminate flooring and tile throughout. The suite also boasts a spacious kitchen, washer & dryer, optik tv, wifi and private patio with barbecue!

The master bedroom includes a tempurpedic king size bed for the added comfort during your extended stay with its own en-suite bathroom which includes a shower. A separate door leads out to your private patio to enjoy a little outdoor living.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed with Sealy Posterpedic Luxury mattress) and across the hall another bathroom with tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms offer assortment of quality cotton bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, hand soap and toilet paper.

The kitchen area offers a dining table that seats four people comfortably and is complete with new stainless steal appliances that include stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer which includes icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. Other kitchen accessories include: a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker with your choice of dark or medium roast coffee, water kettle, quality pots and pans, a wide assortment of cups, glasses and stem-ware, stainless cutlery and a selection of kitchen tools and kitchen knives. An assortment of condiments is also included: sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and others can be added upon request. Mixing bowls, cutting board and serving bowls and plates are included to enjoy your extended stay.

The living area offers a work station as well as a comfy seating area to watch TV on a 47' screen which offers optik cable. The suite also includes highspeed wireless internet throughout the property, allowing for both indoor and outdoor internet access, provided at no additional cost to our guests.

There are closets throughout the suite (including bedrooms) that includes space for hanging coats and jackets and any full length garments you may have. For added convenience there is a clothes iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

A parking spot is also provided in the large driveway!
