Great top duplex with a large rooftop terrace and another terrace at the main floor. Situated in the beautiful and historical town Almunecar in costa tropical. This is a little coastal paradise, surrounded by the mountains and sea is about 50 minutes from Malaga airport. The duplex has a wonderful view over the beach and sea. The beach promenade is just a short 5 minutes walk down where you have a lot of restaurants, bars, shops.

Penthouse apartment with fantastic rooftop terrace with amazing view. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, 2 terraces, private parking, swimming pool, tennis court and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
This is our great holiday house that we want you to experience. We are sure that you will have a great time. Everything is ready for you to come and enjoy your holiday :)

Great place

We had a really nice stay in Almuñecar in this lovely apartment. The terrace was amazing, with sun all day. The apartment is situated a few kilometers from the center of Almuñecar so having a car is highly recommended. No problems with parking by the apartment. Almuñecar is a very nice, smaller city. Situated by the sea and close to golf courses and interesting sights. A perfect place for a vacation. Information from Tom beforehand was perfect and check in easy. We had a great stay and would really like to come back.

Amazing

We (3 adults) had a great stay for 9 nights. Tom was extremely responsive to any questions. There is still some construction going on next door but we got used to it and it really didn’t bother us at all. The wifi was strong enough to support zoom calls with multiple participants. Loved sitting outside on balcony or rooftop. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Comfortable with great views

We only had a week here but we enjoyed both the property and the area Velilla which we hadn't been to on a previous visit to Almunecar. The apartment was well furnished, clean, comfortable and homely. We enjoyed the lovely top terrace with fantastic views to the sea and the beaches. The walk down to Velilla is very steep and was a bit of trial as one of us has mobility issues, but we did walk up and down each day and once on the beachfront it's all flat and there are some great restaurants especially Primera Ola (wonderful fish) and Al Jaima, Morroccan. There is building work next to the flat which was very bad on the Monday as they were drilling very close, but after that it was the clanking and whirring of the 100 metre crane that was the predominant noise and we kinda got used to it, it didn't stop us eating our breakfast on the terrace. All in all a great week without needing a car, host easy to get hold of and very helpful.

Vacances inoubliable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un superbe appartement bien agencé.Il n'y manque de rien. Deux superbe terrasses avec vue imprenable sur la mer. A conseiller vivement. Les propriétaires sont très accessible et répondent très vite à vos demandes. A refaire !

Very nice condo, beautiful views

We were in this condo for a month. We enjoyed every minute of it. The condo has everything you need and want. Amaia, a wonderful woman, picked us up from the airport and made herself available for us anytime day or night to drive us anywhere. Excellent and responsible driver and we wanted to take her home with us ❤️. Milena helped us keep the place clean and she was fantastic ❤️. The condo is about one km. From the beach street but if you are old as we are, you need all your energy going from and to the condo straight up the hill if you walk and have no car, as we did not. Weather was beautiful and walking from velillia beach to the town of almunecar along the boardwalk is really beautiful. Antique meson was our favorite restaurant. People so friendly and welcoming, we felt like family and we already all miss them. We would do this month again all over.

En general todo ha ido bien, el apartamento es como se ve en las fotos su ubicacion buena como punto de partida para desplazarse a otros lugares, ahora no es para dejar el coche y no moverse mas por que no hay nada de establecimientos a su alrededor, para comer, comprar debes de coger el coche. Ojo con la recogida de las llaves, pues se encuentra en lugar muy escondido, no se informa correctamente de su localizacion.

Super oplevelse!

Vi nød 2 uger i denne dejlige lejlighed. Udlejer er super venlig og imødekommende, og hurtig til at svare, der var desuden velkomsthilsen og vin til os ved ankomst. Lejligheden er super indrettet, og køkkenet har alt i udstyr. Poolen er fin og trappen ned til kysten gør at gåturen til strand og by fungerer fint. Vi tog turen 2-3 gange om dagen :) Alt i alt et godt sted at nyde sin ferie.

Great location with a fantastic view from the roof-top terrace !

We've been here two times, once in the summer and once in the winter, we had a great weather each time. The beach is great, be sure to visit the Water park if you have small children, our son age four was very thrilled. We were having lunch at the restaurants located on the promenade, they usually serve tapas and all the locals are very friendly. The apartment is great, we were spending most of the time on the roof-top terrace having a barbecue or just enjoying the view relaxing on the sunbeds. There is a night life also in the city center of Almunecar, we went to a Flamenco Show and an indoor concert. Be sure to visit Castillo de San Miguel and Playa San Cristobal. If you have the time visit Alhambra in Granada, it's located at one and a half hours drive from the appartment- but be sure to book at least one week before.

We been to spain several times and we found Almunecar the coastal paradise. We first bought another aparment in the same complex and our family and friends liked it so much so we bought another apartment so we can stay all togheter. When we are not in Almunecar we want you to enjoy it :)

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

It has an great roof terrace with an amazing view over to sea. It in a safe and quiet area, but close to the beach, waterpark, resturants and bars. Very good location
