Master Bedroom new, King size pillow-top mattress, a tropical ceiling fan, upscale furnishings and is tastefully decorated for ultimate relaxation and comfort. Second Bedroom is tastefully furnished with 2 twin beds. Our villa accommodates only 2-4 people. No sleeper sofa. 3 Televisions, 2 DVD/VCR's, telephone, board games. Screened in lanai with ceiling fan-Newly decorated and fully-equipped kitchen. New kitchen with customized granite counter tops and back splashes. This Villa is centrally located between the pool and beach. We welcome you to enjoy all the comforts of home away from home.

My Famly Stay

First time trip to Siesta Key

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca Villa in Siesta Key. The unit is exactly as described in the posting. We had four adults staying. They provided plenty of bath towels including beach towels. The unit was clean and comfortable and the community is private and quiet. Very convenient to the beautiful beach. The unit also had a couple of beach chairs. There is a service that provides beach umbrellas if desired for a fee. I would consider a return trip here in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Our kids were not allowed in the community room without an adult which was a little frustrating as 13yr olds should not need to be supervised at all times.

Also, it had a vacuum cleaner (not that we used it, but was nice to know it was there in case we spilled something). Had a broom (did use); the last villa we were in didn't have anything like that. And, already did recommend property to two couples.

Fantastic beach, great pool, nice home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in B08 for a week. It's a nice place with all the comforts of home. Location is great. Also near bridge to exit island for shopping. Close to pool, a short walk to the private beach. Beach area is extremely big so bring a Frisbee, baseball gloves, volleyball etc because you'll have tons of room to play. Sand is really soft and white. Sunsets are spectacular. Love that you park the car right outside your 'casa' so easy to bring all your stuff in and out. Also great that you're on the ground floor so no need to deal with waiting for elevators. Main door for B08 is at back of unit. We arrived late and had a bit of trouble getting in as key didn't work in patio lock. Used our flashlight on phone to find the back door. Also there's a shower out back and a nice screened in patio out front with drying rack to hang towels and store sandy stuff. Appliances are new, kitchen has everything. Staff are super friendly and there's a nice rec room with pool table and ping pong. Beds were on the harder side and could be updated.

2023 Disappointmnet

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facilities were once again great. We did have to leave early for a surgical procedure so we werent able to reboook directly with anyone however i did leave messages about our desire to rebook for 2024 with no reponse at all. When finally someone did call, the Unit had been booked. I was even promissed a call back last week, no call ever occured.

Great kitchen and bathrooms. Living room layout and furniture size is poor for the small space but your at the beach so it works. The beds are not great, would be nice if the frames and mattresses were given an upgrade. Listing says new memory foam, not even close. Would rent again but really needs new beds and TV’s. Little bit would go a long way.

Pleasant stay

Overall great experience. Updated unit. Two minor drawbacks...main TV which is connected to internet kept freezing and we were unable to change channels. Master bedroom bed is a bit unsteady/shaky. Would recommend and would return.

We will be back!

Our experience was a 5 plus all day every day! From initial booking through til day of departure, everything ran smoothly and staff responded to questions. The condo was super clean and so close to the beach ; some days we didn’t make it off the premises from beach to lanai and others we explored the area. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests.
