Close to the city center, apartment on the 1st floor with car parking in the residence, consisting of a main room opening onto a balcony on the south side of the residence - 1 kitchenette, 1 cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. 1 mezzanine with 1 bed 140. (height less than 1.80 m). 1 skylight.
Equipment: WIFI, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, oven, 2 vitro hobs, television, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, electric coffee maker, kettle, table and chairs for lunch on the balcony.
The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End of stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
Location: About 200 m from the beach, and 600 m from the city center for all shops and the market.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
