This bright, spacious Osoyoos home is perfect for a family vacation. Our 2 bedroom rancher is fully furnished and is situated in a great location in popular Osoyoos. Our home also features a large family room, fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, wifi and cable, and a washer/dryer. It features new laminate flooring and fresh paint throughout. Our backyard is complete with a fenced, spacious grassy area, outdoor patio table and BBQ with cooking utensils. Beautiful Osoyoos lake is a short 5-10 minute walk from the property. We are also located steps away from a gated park equipped with a children's playground as well as the popular RattleSnake Canyon Amusement Park, which features rides for the kids, go-karts, mini-golf and the best ice cream in town! Osoyoos is also a great location from which to explore several fabulous wineries and restaurants. This is the perfect spot for your next family vacation!

Kitchen:
Stocked with plates, cups, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee filters, kettle, toaster, blender, basic spices, saran and foil

Living Room:
Offers a 42' flat screen TV with basic TV Channels, and wifi is also provided for the unit. Log in to your netflix account and enjoy movie nights in the evenings.

Bedrooms:
Both furnished with queen sized beds, bedside tables, dressers and ceiling fans for your comfort during your stay

Cleaning supplies:
Unit supplied with basic cleaning supplies to maintain the unit during your stay.

Cleaning is not provided during your stay. Only pre and post stay.

Linens:
All basic linens are provided. Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen cloths. Beach towels are not included.

Please note* beach chairs, towels and toys are not included. Please do not remove chairs and towels from the home

Capacity: Max capacity is 6 people.

great home

rented home in early sept, house is very clean and has all the amnesties which anyone needs. The owners parent we’re staying in the coach house in the backyard. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you !!

Fantastic. Perfect location, super clean and lovely small back garden

Wonderful stay. Perfect location to Cottonwood Park and a beautiful swim was had every morning. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Good instructions fir everything, from garbage disposal to air conditioning. Stay here again in a heartbeat.

Winter stay

This is an excellent rental. Clean, quiet and roomy. A short walk to a coffee shop and a little longer walk for groceries. Weather was disappointing during our stay, cooler than normal and snow on a few mornings.

Really good .

Liked the location , it was just that we had went up to early , and a very cold period , everything was closed , so we cut our stay after 5 days.

Great location

Very central to restaurants, beach and rattlesnake canyon! The kids had a blast! The kitchen was fully equipped which was great! We enjoyed the peaches from your tree! Thanks for hosting us!

Clean and quiet house and neighbourhood

We were quite impressed by the size of the various rooms - large living room, dining room and kitchen. Private fenced backyard too. Frankly, the two Queen size beds were not satisfactory. Each was equipped with only a mattress but no box spring. The mattresses had just wooden slats directly under them which made for an uncomfortable rest at night. In desperation, we purchased a Queen size 4" thick foam pad from Walmart and that did the trick. It was pricey but at least we slept well after that.

Clean and Well Appointed

The property is very well maintained and clean. It's simple but well appointed with pretty much everything for one might need for a pick up and go vacation. The yard space is small but meticulously maintained and the backyard peaches were an unexpected but treasured and tasty surprise! Vicky was very helpful and easy to reach when we did have an issue with the keyless door entry (it was rectified immediately). Thanks Again! Rob & Lynn

Lovely home in the heart of wine country

Very clean, comfortable refurbished home on a quiet street close to amenities. Beautifully maintained inside and outside, with good access to kid friendly activities, beaches and is in the heart of wine country. The owners were both helpful and easy to work with.

It was wonderful!

We loved staying here for a few nights as a mini get away from the valley, the place was perfect. Vicky and Jimmy thought of all the right details and were super helpful when we had questions! My kids said this was "the best vacation house ever" and loved playing in the fenced backyard. We felt totally safe and relaxed, great distance from the lake and other areas we explored. Thanks again we truly had a great experience!!
