You will never want to leave our cozy little cottage. There are so few street lights, you can see millions of stars on a clear night. You may hear occasional dogs barking, frogs croaking, cows mooing, horses neighing and chickens clucking, but that is the charm of this location.

This one bedroom, one bath suite features the luxurious comfort of Cozy Earth bedsheets and spa robes. (You will never sleep the same). With a well situated living, dining and kitchen area, our guest house will sleep two adults and several young children comfortably. (See breakdown below).

This delightful space is minutes from downtown St. George, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn-Center for the Arts, 9 championship golf courses, Sand Hollow State Park, Gunlock and so much more. You can hop onto several main thoroughfares and be across town in a jiff.

Movara Fitness Resort is only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride and Snake Hollow biking trails are just around the corner.

Is gambling your thing? It's just a quick jaunt around Utah Hill (the back way) to Mesquite where you can visit one of three Casinos, enjoy fantastic buffets, play BINGO, Keno, Black Jack, Craps, Sports Betting, the hole 9 yards. Or just go as far as the tiny corner of Arizona where you can buy your PowerBall or MegaMillions tickets.

Las Vegas, Nevada is only a two (2) hour drive from Sunny Roost. 121 miles

Guests may use the Casita and patio at their own discretion.
Pool, hot tub, trampoline and playground may also be used at guests discretion upon signing of the rental agreement. Rules must be followed and no children should be unattended at any time.

You will receive a message with a link to my Welcome Guide 5 days prior to your arrival day or upon booking if within 5 days of arrival. This link will provide home information, including directions, wifi and check in and check out details. Please fill out the required Pre-check form in the Welcome Guide to confirm your stay. Once completed, we will send the door codes to your inbox. Detailed instructions for check in can be found in the Welcome Guide.

We are minutes from Snow Canyon State Park and 1 hour to Zion National Park.

Movara Fitness Resort is within a mile. Only a 10-12 min walk or 3 min bike ride for those paying the day rate.

Hop on the bike/running trail and ride straight to Snow Canyon or take a jaunt around the corner to Unity park where you will find great dog walking trails, baseball and soccer fields, pickleball courts, a pavillion, playground and splash pad.

Ivins reservoir is 2 miles up the road. Drive or ride a bike to this great swimming hole. Kayak, fish or relax on the sandy beach.

Harmon's is 2 miles away where you can stock up on groceries, snacks and drinks or pick up a hot and ready lunch. Great coffee bar, eclectic atmosphere and occasional live music by local artists.

Cafe Rio, Kai' li's, Aragosta and Capriotti's are some great local options for lunch and dinner.

Easy, quick drive to and from St. George. Bike trails go all the way into St George. Public transportation buses can be boarded 4 blocks up.

Pool is closed from October 31st through April 15th. Hot Tub is open year round.

Pool and hot tub close at 10 pm.

Gated area where you can park and store mountain bikes.
Do not park/store bikes inside the home. Gated area is provided to store bikes.

Hot tub can be used after 10 but please be aware of noise policy.

Be aware of pool and hot tub on the grounds as well as other play equipment. Children must be supervised at ALL times.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis only with a non-refundable pet deposit per pet/stay. Please communicate with Melanie regarding all pets.
