Cute cozy private beach style cottage for two in downtown sunny Parksville. The cottage has new floors, freshly painted and sparkling clean with a brand new comfy queen size bed. It comes with a separate laundry room and some storage. We are a short walk to the beach and all the shops pubs and bike trails. There is great seawall walk and wonderful public park as well. You have a large private patio with your own BBQ and eating area. There is a lounge zone and firepit area. Nice newly renovated kitchen, stocked with coffee tea sugar spices and some condiments. My cottage has new high speed WiFi, with Netflix and cable. It's a great place to relax and unwind for a few days or longer.

Aug ‘24 stay

We enjoyed our stay at the studio. It’s a compact well equipped studio. The area was very quiet at night. Only a 10min walk to the beach front boardwalk, and about an add’l 5mins on that to the ocean front park. We were glad there was a ceiling fan in the unit, as it was pretty warm when we were there. Leesa was very quick to respond to our late request to checkin early. Was great to be able to unload the car before heading to the music festival.

Cute Little Cottage

The property is close (walking distance) to the beach. All the little things that you need for a great stay are included in this cottage. A quiet courtyard is included so if you just want a private relax it is here. We had a wonderful stay and will come back again. It is a great value for the price especially considering we rented it in high season.

Cozy cottage

Everything we needed and more for a calming restful stay. Leesa has thought of all the things you could need in the cottage, kitchen fully equipped, bed so comfortable a good night sleep is assured. The patio and bbq area are added pleasures. Our “Hosts”? well what lovely people. We will definitely be back. Greg and Kath.

Short work stay

Gorgeous cozy cottage in a great location. Leesa is wonderful host who has taken the time to create an inviting cabin. The private yard with table and seating and BBQ provides a perfect place to end the day.

Cottage by the Sea

We spent 3 delightful nights at the Cottage. The location was perfect as Parksville Beach was about a 10 minute walk away. Leesa did an excellent job of including everything we needed at the Cottage for a very relaxing stay. The garden and patio was private and most inviting. We enjoyed using the bbq one evening too. A wonderful getaway!!!

Parksville Getaway

Loved our time at the Cottage at the Sea. Leesa thought of every little detail. Loved the ambience. The details that made staying there even better were all the cubby's and shelves that were open for us to put our food out in the kitchen or personals beside the bed and in the bathroom. Made it feel just like home. LOVED the gardens outside our room. Enjoyed our coffee out in the garden and watched some good Series out there. The BBQ/Grill was great. The internet worked well. I would definitely book there again. Thanks, Leesa and Deena.

This was a great place to hang out as newlyweds.. nice kitchen to make food in.. everything was easy to find and overall homey and comfortable. Gardens were beautiful outside.. overall had a very comfortable stay here! Would definitely come back!

Parksville home away from home

It was perfect for what we needed and a good homebase for everywhere we wanted to go. It was a nice quiet private spot. Very much appreciated being able to wash our clothes half way through our vacation.

Wonderfully cute and tidy cottage - well appointed full kitchen with great decor

An absolute gem of a small cabin - lots of attention has been placed to make it inviting and relaxing. Great BBQ with quite and private outside lounging area... super find!

Incredible Cottage By the Sea

I have stayed in many cottage properties over the years; none as well equipped and thought out as "Cottage By the Sea" in Parksville! I loved the turquoise, sea color scheme inside and out! The cottage itself had everything needed for the comfort of the guests. Leesa even provided a top notch picnic basket, complete with dishes and a table cloth to take to the beach! The patio was stunning with the lovely grouping of flowers, a table and chairs for 4 plus a BBQ! Strings of lights on the patio added ambiance in the evening! There was also another area which boasted two lounge chairs plus two adirondack chairs and a fire pit! I felt like I was living in "lifestyles of the rich and famous" for my stay! Well done, Leesa!

Quaint cottage.

Quiet relaxing and cute cottage close to the beach and all amenities. Local bars and restaurants all walkable. Nice place to rest.

An ABSOLUTELY perfect little bungalow Recommend 100%!!!

Everything was spotless and so well put together!! We could have stayed for a week!! ( maybe next year!) Everything has been well thought of and absolutely everything you needed was there!! We had a wonderful time!!

Cozy Cottage

Thanks for everything ! A nicely decorated cottage with all the required amenities, very clean & comfortable and a short walk to the Beach & numerous Restaurants. The patio was perfect for Coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We would definitely recommend a stay here if your in the area !

Cottage for two

We enjoyed our stay in the little cottage. It had every thing we required and more. Convenient, lots of special touches and very comfy.. great patio to relax in and good location. We were very grateful to find this cute and cosy place for our little holiday.

Quick hello

I rented this space for my father and partner to stay in for a family birthday party. He’s not an easy guy to impress and he was taken back at how cute and clean the property was. Mission accomplished ! He liked it so much that kept talking about how great it was. He kept going on about it until he xo convinced us check it out to see for ourselves. There’s a large outdoor area and a bbq provided. Overall great experience and space and my dad is already securing his spot for next year. Happy all around! Thank you 🙂

We love our location that's why we bought the place. We have easy access to the highway and ferries. Our street is on the bike path to Qualicum Beach and on the bus route too. Parksville is so friendly and relaxed. We love the beaches and the unspoiled beauty. The nights are quiet and nice for sitting under the stars and relaxing.

The cottage is very convenient for walking to everything. You can be completely on your own with total privacy. There are some fresh herbs for you for cooking a long with some berry bushes. There is storage for your bike kayak or a small trailer.
