The condo, E103 , is conveniently located on the ground floor of a beachfront building overlooking the Sea of Cortez. You'll watch the sunsets right from the patio, and enjoy spectacular views from the comfort of the spacious living room. The unit is elegant and furnished with custom furniture, luxury decor, that will make you feel comfortable and at home the moment you step through the door. At around 1700 square feet the unit is spacious and has King and 2 Full- size beds, (no sleeping bed in living room) and 3 bathrooms, where each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Several steps from the patios is a large infinity swimming pool and hot tub, that the whole family can enjoy. The pool has a pool bar and restaurant dubbed Survivor Bar, that you can enjoy either from the water, at tables by the pool, or have the waiters deliver your orders directly to the unit. If you catch any fish during your stay then the chefs at the pool bar can prepare and cook the fish for you.

A few steps past the pool you'll arrive at an incredible beach that stretches for miles around the peninsula. Fantastic location of the condo (second from the beach - 50 meters) allow you to have your own private access to the beach and go directly from the condo to the beach.

The community has a challenging 18 hole Arthur Hills golf course, tennis courts and offers free bicycles and sea kayaking. There is an assortment of activities to choose from inside the town of La Paz and surrounding areas. By boat, it's possible to explore and snorkel around the nearby island of Espiritu Santo, experience the area's world famous fishing, and observe spectacular marine life. There are many amazing restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and social events to choose from. Use the freely available kayaks to swim with the whale sharks and dolphins, that regularly feed off the beach in front of the condos.

The Ferry boats run every 30 minutes from 7:30am to 11:00pm, and will ferry you between the dock at the La Paz boardwalk and the development on the peninsula at no charge.
Inside the development free transportation is available to drive you between the condos, boat dock, and golf course. It's also possible to rent golf carts for the entire length of your stay to use as transportation inside the development.
