Walk up the spiral staircase and relax in one of the two second-floor bedrooms. Enjoy the airy master bedroom with high ceilings and a private balcony accessed by large glass sliding doors. The second bedroom also boasts high ceilings and views of all the lush nature that surrounds the complex. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and the living room ensure you will wake up well rested. Relax on the couch while watching cable television or enjoying the internet access that the unit has to offer. Find your inner chef while preparing meals in the spacious kitchen with endless cabinetry and high ceilings. Multiple ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout so you can stay cool on those hot Costa Rican days. This unit truly is a little slice of heaven!

Whether you enjoy laying down with the ceiling fan and air conditioning on or with the large sliding glass doors open to immerse yourself in the sites, sounds and weather of Costa Rica, you truly cannot go wrong. High ceilings and a cable television in a large entertainment center with plenty of room for storage complete this wonderful space.

Once at the condo complex, you are only a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful beach, unique local shops and incredible restaurants. A vehicle is not even needed! If you do want to explore this beautiful country further, feel free to rent one!


The Location

Playas del Coco is one of the oldest beach communities in Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica. This region is also one of the fastest-growing tourism areas in Costa Rica. A popular destination for both local Costa Ricans and visitors from other countries during the traditional holiday seasons, local Costa Ricans refer to Playas del Coco affectionately as "El Coco". At the same time, travelers from outside of Costa Rica use the name "Coco Beach", when mentioning this locale.

Playas del Coco is located approximately 20 miles (32 kilometers) from the town of Liberia, Costa Rica, the largest town in the province of Guanacaste. The town experienced rapid growth due to the increasing number of international visitors and foreign-born residents, who arrived in the 1990s. Since Playas del Coco is one of the few beach areas in Guanacaste with a rapidly expanding infrastructure, it has become a hub for tourism and business. Other adjacent beach areas continue to grow as tourism-related activities, and the local population base expand.

1) Lounge chairs and access to dressing room: $ 25 per person per day (Including children 12 & older)
2) Cabañas: $ 40 EACH PER DAY (includes access to dressing room and pool, towels are provided)
