Thee bedroom, two bath sleeps six.. Fully air conditioned with deck. Located between two popular pool/playground areas.
Whirlpool tub in master.
Gated community features two lakes, pools both heated and non heated. Playgrounds, picnics, clubhouse with exercise room and summer activities.
Close to jack Frost, Big Boulder, Camelback and Shawnee ski areas. Plenty of summer fun at waterparks, casinos, outlets and of course hiking and enjoying nature..
Rules of Arrowhead :Each vehicle needs a gate card ( $15)Rental registration obtainable at the main gate. 961 Arrowhead Drive, Pocono lake PA 18347. All fees must be paid at least three days before arrival. Other fees are $5 per day membership ID, $20 transaction fee ($10 if paid at least 5 days before rental begins) As you register for your vacation we will email you the full information so please provide your email, not VRBO.

Relaxing and enjoyable

We stayed for a few weeks at this house. Community is great and so is the house. Very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Community is great; 3 pools & 4 beaches to choose from. Would love to stay again.

Very nice home in great condition

We've been staying at Arrowhead for 7 years now, renting different locations. This house was in the best overall shape out of all the others I stayed at. It was comfortable and clean and suited our needs. You can tell it is relatively new construction. The home is fully air-conditioned which adds to the comfort. We all slept well as the mattresses and pillows are in great shape.. Two things that were wanting was the lack of BBQ and conventional coffee pot. Otherwise the home met all our needs for a great stay! I would rent this location again. The Amatulli family

Nice little chalet, we had a great time!

The house itself was very nice. It was laid out very efficiently and worked perfectly for our family of 5. Our 6 year old stayed in her own room on the first floor and our 2 year old twin boys stayed in their pack and plays in the other first floor room. The house was very clean and nice and cold (the A/C & Windows are cleary brand new and in great condition). They had a amazon stick, but we brought along our chromecast anyway so that we didn't ahve to log in to theirs for all of our Disney+, etc... streaming services. The house was on a quiet dead end road, so there was little to no traffic ever. The yard is fairly non existent, but our kids enjoyed exploring around the house as it is nicely wooded. They also enjoyed playing on the deck when we wanted to pen them in while making dinner. We found the location itself pretty good, although a little far away from some stuff. I think a family with older kids would be fine, but getting ice cream after dinner for instance didn't really work because it was ~15-20 minutes away. Food shopping was in the same area, etc... The lake itself was REALLY nice. The beaches had nice soft sand, the water was nice and warm and the water was very clean. The kids screamed to go to the lake every morning as soon as they woke up! There are 4 beaches, the biggest of which we mostly frequented (beach #2) and it was actually nice and quiet in the mornings and didn't really get busy until late afternoon. Otherwise, we went on family bike rides on the lake side road around the big lake as well as hikes (we highly recommend the Austin Blakeslee natural area, just try to get there early to avoid the crowds). I would probably skip the pools next time. The covid restrictions make a ton of sense, but it seems like it probably made the pool more crowded since everyone only gets ~2 hours per day at a pool. So, certainly we would recommend this house, it is a great value at the rental price. Some things to note: - there is no grill (not a surprise, it is not listed and the owners confirmed as such) - I found the master bedroom bed to not be too comfortable. This is subjective obviously.

Great comfortable home -- clean and bright

We had a great vacation at this house in Arrowhead Lake. The house is lovely, bright and airy, brand new, very clean, nicely furnished, modern and homey at the same time, and the kitchen is well appointed with lots of utensils for serving and cooking. The appliances are new and work well (large refrigerator, washer and dryer). The huge windows in the front give you a constant view of the greenery. The porch is surrounded by greenery, has an enclosed section, and the location is quiet and peaceful. The surrounding community is wonderful with four lake beaches, three pools, five tennis courts, and innumerable playgrounds interspersed around. There is a beautiful community lodge with a small gym and loads of greenery. Restrictions for Covid-19 were reasonable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only challenge was that when we booked this place, the owners were in the process of restricting their amenities like sheets and towels. So, future guests should remember to bring: bed sheets and pillowcases, bath towels (we were accidentally given only three for four people) hand towels, beach towels, blankets (if you get cold) PLUS toilet paper, paper towels/napkins, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for each bathroom laundry detergent/dryer sheets, fresh sponges, garbage bags which were running low. I listed everything out just so you don't end up drying yourself off at the lake using dish towels like we had to :-) which was mostly funny! Overall it was great fun and very comfortable. We would gladly go back.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this home. The house is clean, open and has ice-cold airconditioning in each room! From the time we pulled into the community to check-in (a process that took less than 2 minutes) to the time we headed back home everything was perfect. The internet was surprisingly strong for the mountains and on the rainy days we enjoyed staying inside and relaxing to Netflix on the Living Room TV. The porch contains a screened porch overtop of a picnic area allowing us to enjoy our dinners without being eaten alive by the bugs. The three bedrooms were each good sized with the upstairs one being HUGE. We tried out each of the three heated pools in the community, rotating one each day and spent time on 3 of the 4 beaches. It was not too crowded and was enjoyable to sit and relax in the sun. Our toddler loved all of the playgrounds and spent several hours playing on them. We barely left the community the whole week, just to get pizza and ice cream one night. We cannot wait to go back next year, hoping to go for more than a week next time!
