This property no longer has a grill due to previous renters inability to maintain cleanliness. Renters are NOT allowed to use the golf cart stored on property. There is a third bedroom located ground level off the garage with a queen bed. This bedroom has AC, windows and a ceiling fan, however is not advertised as the floor is not maintained. Renters can use this bedroom if needed, however please note that the condition of this bedroom is rustic. The condo is advertised and meant to be used as two bedrooms only, the ones on the main level of condo.
