The Mooring's guest pool has a newly enlarged deck and lounging area to compliment its pool house with restrooms and outdoor shower and is visible from either balcony.
Three of the Island's best golf courses (Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio and Authur Hill) are located in Palmetto Dunes 5 minutes away from our villa. In addition to the beach and world class golf courses, the resort boasts an 11-mile lagoon where guests can kayak or canoe, while sharing the pristine, natural environment with 40 species of birds and fish. Be sure to bring or rent a bike to enjoy the Island's terrific bike paths and beach.
The Dunes House restaurant and bar and the Marriott's pool bar, restaurants, spa and hotel are on the neighboring properties.
This non-smoking villa is equipped with free High Speed Wireless Internet Service & cable TV. Flat screen TVs are provided in each bedroom and the living room, and there's a DVD player in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances, cabinets and countertops were updated from the original construction. The kitchen, baths, living room and dining room floors are ceramic tile. Wall to wall carpeting in both bedrooms is new for the 2020 rental season. Each bedroom has it own private balcony.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds and private bath. There is an apartment sized washer and dryer in the third full bathroom.
We also have a mini crib and space saver high chair as well as a rollaway bed.
