This newly remodeled cabin has everything you need for a Little Red River getaway. The cabin has a king bed, fold out couch, kitchen, dining table for four, spacious bathroom, electric fireplace, and a newly completed outdoor firepit.

Located right next to the banks of the Little Red River and a short drive into the heart of Heber Springs, Cabin #7 is located near a private fishing dock and boat ramp. This cabin also includes a dock at the marina. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Heber Springs where you’ll find restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, and a movie theatre. You can also rent kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards at Sulphur Creek Outfitters, located next to Walmart. There are also award winning trails located nearby that are excellent for a hike and to explore nature on dry land.

No HOT water .. unable to bathe or cook

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was nice, but there was no hot water. Was told the tank would need replaced. No one come out. No one would respond after telling would give a partial refund. Keypad to cabin stopped working and locked us out. Still no response from the realtor. We vacationed during 4th of July and had to use bath houses at the Dam site to even be able to shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience just wish it could have lasted longer. We experienced trouble with the toilet overflowing. We contacted Hannah immediately. She was extremely nice and helpful. She recommended that we move to another unit since it was the weekend and might not get help out quickly. We gladly moved and we’re very pleased with both cabins. The first cabin needed a cutting board and I would have preferred a better grill. The grill was fine, but the grate was very rusty. We definitely will be back. Also, just wanted to note that Cynthia was great with our reservation and very helpful.
