The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It's also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
