Winter ski wonderland!

Great place to stay with skiing just minutes away. Rooms were large and cozy. Easy keyless entry. Plenty of room to relax on the couch near the beautiful fireplace. Could use a small upgrade on some pots and pans. We did have to shovel our own walkway and put down some ice melt on the rocky steps. Other than those few minor things, we really loved the place and had a great time!!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was smooth and had no issues. The amenities were awesome, my kids enjoyed the pool and had a lot of fun. Defiantly will be back.

The condo was very well appointed and quality. Location is quiet and convenient with nice view of golf course and surrounding mountains. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Family wedding

We could not be happier with our stay at Fairway Nine house! Spotlessly clean and newly updated. The location was perfect for the many different wedding venues we attended. Michael made sure we were we happy and had no issues or questions. He sent multiple emails with local info which was a nice touch. The house was big enough for eight adults to gather together in the kitchen/family room but with private bedrooms/loft for all. If we are ever in Sun Valley again we would definitely stay here again.

Fun Time

The property was as pictured and very clean We also , enjoyed the amenities pass that is given to renters ( pool, pickle ball and tennis. ). It is very well located.

The property was very clean. It was recently redone. Furniture was in good shape. The king and queen beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Location was good. Bedroom, with a queen, facing the golf course was nice and bright. Some FYI: The 2 bathrooms are on the lower level with the bedrooms. None on the main level. Stairs to second level are pretty steep. ( for those of us with bad knees) The King bed is in the bedroom that faces the parking lot and the darkest bedroom, needs better lighting. There is only 1 TV downstairs, in the twin-bedded room. The lighting in the kitchen is poor. It was hard to see when cooking. The association had recently declared the balcony and deck unusable. This was a surprise to us upon check in. I felt some accommodation should have been made for this unfortunate situation, even if the landlords were unable to do anything about it.

Outstanding in every way. Great location, golf course view plenty of room, no traveler details overlooked. Mike was a great communicator. Highly recommend .

Fairway 9 3bedroom loft

We loved the location and size of condo. Unfortunately, there is a lacking of maintenance and we spent the first 2 days of our 14 day stay having issues fixed. Broken electrical outlet, garbage cabinet, freezer door handle not attached, bbq handle loose, dirty carpet, dog hair on sofa bed mattress, not enough bedding for beds or towels to accommodate 8 guests even though we only had 5. The front steps were icy and a risk to slip, water running down the wall in master bedroom on several occasions. The spacing of the loft rails is a concern if you have small children.

Cozy, comfortable and clean

Exactly as it’s shown online. The kitchen was a little sparse, but we got take out most nights anyways. Teenagers loved the loft, dubbed the “boy den”. All beds comfy and cozy. And the skiing was incredible! Thank you!!
