Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Siuslaw River, the iconic Florence bridge and sand dunes from the private patio. We are in the heart of Old Town and walkable to may restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, and shopping. This relaxing condo retreat has two en suite bedrooms/bathrooms, as well as a sofa with bedroll to add a 5th person.

Original reservation had a health-related issue but the owner reached out to us promptly and helped us make alternate arrangements, which turned out to be very nice. The owner was very gracious in how the entire situation was handled. We had a very enjoyable trip. was

You can’t go wrong with the condo on the river, across from the dunes next to the bridge step out your door to old town Florence our second stay here our favorite place.

Great view of the full moon!

Our visit coincided with the Blue Supermoon. It was beautiful to watch the moon rise over the bridge. Everything in the condo was spotless. 100% recommend!

Family getaway

Beautiful location. Felt like home. The bridge is a bit loud but that is a minor thing compared to the convenience and beauty of this home. We will return!

Lovely water and bridge view in Florence

So pleasantly surprised at how perfect this condo is. Furnished very nicely and beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We only used the kitchen to make coffee and warm a few things up but we could have made all our meals it’s stocked that well. As we walked in, the water was sparkling, the forest and the dunes were right there. Lucky we had sun and we made use of the patio. Dog friendly and the whole process was very easy. Totally recommend.

Amazing Place To Stay

We've stayed in a number of rental properties over the past 5 years throughout the US & Europe and this was the nicest place we've stayed. There is nothing that we would change about this stay, from a very well stocked kitchen, to great beds, beautifully decorated throughout and a short walk to old town. We would recommend this to anybody who wants the very best of the VRBO experience.

Condo in Florence

My partner and I both own Vacation rentals and we know the work that goes into them. This condo was awesome and set up to a T. There is nothing we could think of that was not supplied. 2 types of coffee makers with coffee, teas, sugar , cream. Everything one would need to cook including a drawer full of spices. Perfect Housekeeping. Great place to stay.

Beautiful view

Loved the condo. It was clean, dog friendly and within walking distance to Old Town which had many restaurants and shops. The view from the patio was FABULOUS. We sat outside watching the fishing boats go by and looking at the birds. My partner is a photographer, he was in heaven taking pictures. Definitely would rent again.

Great View

This was our second visit, we all loved watching the tide going in and out, and all the birds on the river. Great place to take pictures of the beautiful art deco bridge, we walked to everything, the local restaurants were very busy so I recommend reservations to the more popular places. The beds were comfortable, lots of kitchen supplies and good TV channels. My one and only negative would be I think the carpet is over due for a good cleaning, there were lots of spots. Otherwise I'll definitely return again.

Perfect Downtown Location

There is no better view of the river in Florence than from this condo, with all the shops and restaurants right around the corner for convenience. The plus? You can bring your fur baby. This is our go-to place for the flavor of Florence with phenomenal views. One caveat (and we knew this because this is our second stay), when you're outside the traffic across the bridge can be loud, so if you're noise-sensitive this might not be the place for you. However, we took our bluetooth speaker outside with us and were so enchanted with the wildlife that it didn't even matter. When you're inside, the noise is hardly noticeable, and the incredible view is the same. Great property management and lovely accommodations.

Love this Condo

Beautiful first floor condo in Old Town Florence. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the stay. We love sitting on the deck watching the fishing boats go in and out. We see seals in the river and the birds diving for fish. The condo is always very clean and well furnished. It has a coffee pot and a Kuerig. The kitchen is well furnished with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beds are comfortable. Stacy the host is the is the best. She is always responsive to any concerns you have. We are looking forward to our next stay in this condo.

Perfect location

Beautiful Condo Within Walking Distance to Old Town

We really enjoy staying in this condo. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, appliances, pot holders, Keurig coffee pot, spices, tea bags and almost anything you would need. The bathrooms have ample counter space and have lots of liquid soaps. The view is fantastic. There are several restaurants within walking distance and River Roasters which is almost next door has the best coffee drinks anywhere. Stacy, the host, is responsive to any issues. We love this condo.
