First floor river front condominium. The modern, updated condo is located in Old Town Florence, only minutes away from all your coastal enjoyments. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Siuslaw River, the iconic Florence bridge and sand dunes from the private patio. We are in the heart of Old Town and walkable to may restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, and shopping. This relaxing condo retreat has two en suite bedrooms/bathrooms, as well as a sofa with bedroll to add a 5th person.

Perfect Downtown Location

There is no better view of the river in Florence than from this condo, with all the shops and restaurants right around the corner for convenience. The plus? You can bring your fur baby. This is our go-to place for the flavor of Florence with phenomenal views. One caveat (and we knew this because this is our second stay), when you're outside the traffic across the bridge can be loud, so if you're noise-sensitive this might not be the place for you. However, we took our bluetooth speaker outside with us and were so enchanted with the wildlife that it didn't even matter. When you're inside, the noise is hardly noticeable, and the incredible view is the same. Great property management and lovely accommodations.

Family getaway

Beautiful location. Felt like home. The bridge is a bit loud but that is a minor thing compared to the convenience and beauty of this home. We will return!

You can’t go wrong with the condo on the river, across from the dunes next to the bridge step out your door to old town Florence our second stay here our favorite place.

Beautiful view

Loved the condo. It was clean, dog friendly and within walking distance to Old Town which had many restaurants and shops. The view from the patio was FABULOUS. We sat outside watching the fishing boats go by and looking at the birds. My partner is a photographer, he was in heaven taking pictures. Definitely would rent again.

Love this Condo

Beautiful first floor condo in Old Town Florence. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the stay. We love sitting on the deck watching the fishing boats go in and out. We see seals in the river and the birds diving for fish. The condo is always very clean and well furnished. It has a coffee pot and a Kuerig. The kitchen is well furnished with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beds are comfortable. Stacy the host is the is the best. She is always responsive to any concerns you have. We are looking forward to our next stay in this condo.

Perfect location

Beautifully furnished condo right on the river and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Exceeded our expectations. Will stay here again.

Beautiful Condo Within Walking Distance to Old Town

We really enjoy staying in this condo. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, appliances, pot holders, Keurig coffee pot, spices, tea bags and almost anything you would need. The bathrooms have ample counter space and have lots of liquid soaps. The view is fantastic. There are several restaurants within walking distance and River Roasters which is almost next door has the best coffee drinks anywhere. Stacy, the host, is responsive to any issues. We love this condo.

Great Location, Great Condo

We had a bit of a challenging stay.... nothing whatsoever to do with the property, but because of our own "stuff". That said, we found everything we needed in the condo to get by. The location is outstanding, and so is the view. Comfortable beds and accommodations overall. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo and setting.

Only downside is the bridge traffic - it did not bother us however it is present throughout the day and night. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo is comfortable---bed was great. The view of the river from the living area and bedrooms is gorgeous. The condo is well stocked with anything you need. We hope to go back soon.

Fabulous in-town condo!

My girls and I were highly impressed with the property, we felt right at home upon arrival. The ground floor, corner unit was perfect (and quiet). Very well stocked, especially the kitchen. The floor plan made it feel even larger than the square footage. Two large en suites opposing the living areas worked great with the kids. View is excellent, especially from patio. I noted this property does allow pets, but there was thankfully zero evidence of it.
