Great spot

This property is in an easy to get to location in Fargo, very close to the freeway. We had 11 adults stay and had plenty of room for everyone. Large table, plenty of bathrooms and three separate living room areas. A couple of the singles brought airbeds to put up in their own areas and that also worked great. We go up to Fargo every year and this will definitely be on the list of places to stay.

Annual Mystery Trip for WWW

We had so much fun. Beautiful property. The screen door came of the track on the patio door to the outside. Noticed one of the patio door glass panes has slipped away from frame. You should have that fixed soon. Lots of cobwebs in the pool room. The grass wasnt mowed. Nothing major. Would do it againthatthat fixed be the bugs

Great house for family gatherings

We had 13 family members gather for my 70th birthday party and had a blast! Wonderful house for large groups especially with the pool for the kids. It’s large enough so that people could have their own space and the kids were happy to hang out for hours in the pool. Everyone wants to come back asap!

Wedding weekend

This is a fantastic home to host family and friends in for a weekend getaway! There was a problem with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms by the pool. After contacting the property manager, it was taken care of so I could enjoy my stay in Fargo. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely house with pool for kids

We stayed here for our family holiday and meet halfway between hometowns. The pool was a bonus for the family and the kids spent quite a bit of time in it. The water could have been a couple degrees warmer. The owner was very attentive and fast in responding to an issue that arose while we were on site.

Best VRBO Yet

We had a fantastic experience and it far outweighed our expectations. There were a 3 living spaces (4 including the pool area) which allowed for a lot of family gathering. The beds were comfortable. All things you would need from the kitchen area, to the pool area or toys in the living spaces. The main living and dining area was big enough for a family Christmas. The pool was amazing! Comfortable for bystanders as well as warm and fun for those swimming. The owners were extremely accomodating, kind and timely with responses. We will stay here every time. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving family time

Loved the pool. The six teens and preteens spent hours in the pool. When they weren’t in the pool they were in ether the TV room on the lower level. A perfect teen hangout.

The best stay in Fargo

This home is perfect for fun and work. Our team from around the globe used it as our hub for a week of work. We used the fast WiFi, hosted a dinner for investors, and enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Fargo or just looking for a staycation

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and her entire family stayed here for a couple days in August 2023 for the sake of having a little family reunion. This home is incredible. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I think I’d buy this house if it ever came up for sale! You should have everything you need. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms and big amazing spaces to hang out or get some time away from others. The pool space is awesome! I hope we can come back again for another reunion!

Wonderful

We were in for a wedding. 3 generations of family . Ages 21-90. The space was wonderful for the games we played. We enjoyed the pool. The space was fabulous!

Great place!

Loved the place! It was a great place for 13 of our family members to gather in the midst of our daughter’s wedding activities. It was nice to have differentiated areas and plenty of room for 4 family groups. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The well-maintained pool was enjoyed by all. The hosts were very responsive and even provided a heads up about severe weather. Definitely recommend!

A few amenities short

Hello! Overall we once again enjoyed the pool, and the space the house affords. The larger spaces are great for our group, and the large dining table. We were a bit disappointed that the extra bed, toilet & shower in the pool area were under construction and we didn’t know. 9 adults could have used the additional space. The downstairs toilet also backed up a bit, we were able to plunger it but basically avoided using it again. There were also construction items just sitting out in the lower level that we had to avoid. Overall the house just seemed a little less attended to than it did last April. It was lovely to have warmer weather and enjoy the pool and the backyard. We really appreciate you opening up your home and being able to have a great place to gather. Thank you!

Historic Butler Home

The home is large and easily accommodated our family (14 people) and was very generally clean but the laundry room had piles of towels and linen on the floor, making it unusable. The house and grounds are in general disrepair and need a lot of attention. It is not what I expected for the price we paid. There was no bbq grill nor a gas fire pit that worked as listed. When we arrived we waited 45 minutes to get in because the entry code was not changed to the one I was given. May be little things, but they do matter. The home has much promise but has a ways to go.

A Great Winter Break

Kids (three 12 year olds and one 15) and adults LOVED the warm pool! It was the highlight of our stay, especially looking out the windows at all the snow! Beds very comfortable and room for many more than 9 people.

Family get away

The home has plenty of space for our family. Well stocked with things for all. Our stay was during a snowstorm and it was so nice to have a service come and shovel the walk and driveway. Plenty of pool toys and towels. Beds and bedding was nice.

great get away for a larger group

There were 9 family members who stayed for the weekend. Booking, check in and out were all easy, with a very friendly host. We spent most of the time in the pool playing or at the large table in the dining area playing games. The place was clean with comfortable beds for all. Plenty of sleeping space, and 4 bathrooms, loved that one bathroom was off the pool area, so we did not have to trac thru house with wet clothing. We live about 10 minutes from the house so very convenient location for us. If you are from out of town easy to get to, just a couple blocks off the interstate with plenty of parking for all 4 cars. Some light switches were tricky to find, what a minor problem to have. Everyone had a great time, and we would stay there again.

Concordia celebration

Great location. Appreciated early check in. A few more written how-to details upon checking in would have been appreciated Master toilet needed attention but as there were other options it wasn’t too big of a deal. Temperature from room to room was drastically different Still recommend for gatherings
