Very home feeling

Property was well taken care of and quiet neighborhood... Very convenient with plenty of good places to eat close by and entertainment for family fun

Property location was ideal, close to a lot of businesses but far enough away from all the traffic noises. It was great stay.

It was a good place to stay

It was a good stay. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible. We needed a place to sleep and that's what we got :)

Nice Little House

House was clean and very well kept up. Nice back yard with peaceful neighbors. House is close to every store and food place you could think of and off the main streets far enough that traffic noise is minimal. If visiting the area again we will be looking to book this again.

Quaint , needs deep cleaning

There was an unpleasant smell possibly a type of cleaner but couldn’t get rid of it. Furniture though sparse was dusty and lots of hair and dust in the bathroom. Though spacious it offered little to bring a feeling of comfort with little seating and zero decor. Everything was outdated except for the beds and they were ok.

Terrific Home away from Home

The house was exactly like shown in the pictures. The beds are high but they are comfortable. Nice rooms, nice neighborhood, and easy check-in and out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location

Good location. Clean. But very limited furniture. Problem with freezer and the beds were to high off the ground very hard to navigate for older people. We only stayed a couple of days so we spent very little time there but all and all not bad.

Nice stay with open house

Overall the place was pretty good and we enjoyed our stay. The front bushes seem like they smelled a little bit of animal urine but the interior of the house was clean and open floor plan three nice beds a little firm but they were good and location was easily accessible

Short stay

We were looking for something affordable & clean to stay in for a couple of days while house hunting in the area. This house was perfect for that. The beds are very firm, a bit too hard for me, but everything else was great. The was a leak in the fridge while we were there. Communication with the owner was quick & they had it fixed the next day.

Baseball parents

We come to Clarksville a lot to watch our son play ball at Austin peay. Wanted a kitchen to cook for my boy. House was over all great. Beds r not the most comfortable and the kitchen had very little supplies, if ur planning on cooking . But we had more space to relax and hang out with our son so over all decent property.

Simple, comfortable, great location

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks while exploring Clarksville and the Nashville area. We felt comfortable and relaxed while staying there. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. Great host experience.

Convenient, clean, spartan

It could have used a little more furniture like a dresser or night stand in the bedrooms and the beds were WAY too firm for my liking. But it was very clean and inexpensive and close to everything, and had everything we needed to celebrate Christmas with family. We cooked and ate all our meals there and were able to do laundry. The neighborhood was quiet.
