Great stay

Austin is a terrific owner. The house was lovely and backyard and pool relaxing and fun. Beds super comfortable.

Great House!

The host, Austin was a great guy! He was accessible and accommodating whenever we needed something. The house was exactly what was expected from the listing. Very clean, very comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

From the beginning, Austin was very attentive. quick and clear answers. when we checked in the house was spotless! the structure is very good, we had an excellent weekend. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great vacation.

Excellent family vacation home

The owner gave wonderful communication and the place was updated with new amenities. The house was clean and recently renovated. My kids enjoyed the pool and the screened in porch was convenient with 1 year old twins that could not be in the sun all day. The multiple smart tv’s in the bedrooms let the kids watch their shows/movies easily. There was also a park that was walkable with a walking trail and playground. All in all, the house is a great spot for families and is even better than the pictures show.

Nice clean house with great backyard including pool

The house is actually bigger than I anticipated (owner should put square footage in the ad). Roomy mastersuite, sizable living room and "office." Guest bedrooms are small but perfectly adequate. If both were being used, bathroom access would be tight. We enjoyed it!

Austin’s home is absolutely fantastic - completely renovated and filled with every modern amenity and comfort that you could ever need. The outdoor entertainment area and pool offer an oasis-like retreat. Austin is very accommodating and goes out of his way to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one. A++ home, A++ host. Definitely more then we expected, we have nothing but excellent service and communication. When we arrived, and opened the door, all we could say was "WOW"! The furnishings were comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. The place was bigger then the pictures!! No need to be concerned about getting a good nights sleep, because the beds are extremely comfortable. The owners have thought of every amenity you could possibly want or need in a rental. From the swimming pool complete with pool with lights at night we immediately felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at this property, and will definitely be returning! It is exactly as described in the listing.and morell!

I bought this home because I thought it had a great layout and was in a excellent neighborhood. I love having a pool in the backyard and access to Caloosa Park just down the street is another huge plus. I completely renovated this house by knocking down multiple walls, raising ceilings, and removing excessive cabinetry to give the home a more wide open feel. My hope is that this house allows you to completely relax during your stay.
