Nice Visit

The condo was comfortable, but we never could get the TV to work. In addition, there was no soap for the dishwasher and we were asked to run it. Minor details. The overall experience was just fine.

Beautiful

The condo was beautiful, had an amazing view, and was located in a convenient area. We would definitely stay here again, but we would come more prepared next time. The check in instructions were confusing, with references made to a front office that doesn’t exist. Some improvement to linens could be made (face cloths and towels were stained). Additionally, given the price of the rental, more attention should be given to the quality of paper products (the paper towels were what one might find in a public washroom or school) and the inclusion of basic “necessities” such as coffee and coffee filters.

lovely stay in a great location

My senior friend and I had a stay beyond our expectations with one exception. A safety bar in the shower is a must for some seniors or those with handicaps and should be considered. Other than this, we had no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend it. Others had noted homeless people around our location, but we were not approached or bothered in any way.

Lovely property

Property was as described and photographed. Had almost everything we needed. Was within walking distance to most of what we needed. Unfortunately there is a large presence of homeless and lots of drug users all around. We couldn’t use the one hour parking because there were two men asleep or passed out in the parking space. Overall was lovely and would definitely recommend.

Amazing!!!

Great location not more than a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk (China town, shopping, movie theater, grocery stores, post office, etc. We will be back to Victoria soon and will have our fingers crossed that we can stay here again!!! Very clean and well stocked with home and cleaning supplies. Beautiful condo and having an on-site laundry room was a HUGE plus for us! The ONLY area for improvement would be a longer window of time to get in the building after being buzzed in at check-in. 45 seconds is not enough time, especially when having to wait for the elevator to arrive.

Great location, very spacious condo. They just neednew chairs outside, one chair was broken and the rest weren't clean. It was too bad because it was a beautiful view.

Lovely unit with a view!

This modern property with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the inner harbour and there was a grocery store, as well as many restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped. The check-in process and communication with the property manager were easy and efficient. We would definitely recommend the property.

Fantastic location - Awesome Condo

My friends and I had a wonderful ladies week in this lovely well appointed condo. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, & has a well equipped kitchen & laundry area. We could not have asked for anything more. From the start of the booking process to closing the door behind us on the way home it was easy and flawless. The parking area and fobs worked out well and the directions were accurate.This condo is close to the downtown area's restaurants, markets, and stores. There is a market (called Market on Yates) very close by where we were able to pick up some groceries. Behind it is a bakery & then on View Street (one street over from Yates) is the Harris Green Liquor Express. The Empress Hotel, Parliament Buildings (where you can book a lunch in their dining room), the Inner Harbour, Chinatown, Government Street, & the BC Museum, are all within a 15 minute walk from the condo. In the condo kitchen there is drip coffee maker along with filters, a 4 slot toaster, lovely stove & microwave and lots of mugs and dishes. The outdoor deck with 4 chairs, & views of the city, water and mountains is lovely. There is also a roof top area (with tables and chairs) to visit for wrap around views of the city, water & mountains. The beds and pillows in the condo are extremely comfortable. We all enjoyed the couches in the living room which are recliners. The handles to open the recliner are located on the inner side of the armrests. The large screen tv is awesome.

Great location

Checkin was very stressful as instructions given did not work. Had to phone Vrbo and then someone assisted. Building is very secure. Excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We thought the location was perfect and an easy walk to the harbour, China Town, shopping and restaurants. There was a Market in Yates close by for groceries and snacks and the liquor store was around the corner. Hope to visit again!

Great location. Well furnished. Everything you need!

The apartment is well located in downtown Victoria at the corner of Blanshard and Johnson streets. You can easily walk to many excellent restaurants and the mraket on Yates is a two block walk. There you can purchase whatever you need to prepare your own meals. One bedroom has a king size bed and one has a queen bed. Both have adjoining full bathrooms. The vrbo listing does not fully reflect this. The unit is bright and sunny and has air conditioners for hot sunny days. There are nice views toward Mount Baker and toward the Olympic mountains in Washington State. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a roof top common area with wondereful 360 degrees views. We would definitely stay here again and would recomend this rental........ It's perfect for two couples. Dave and Jan. Calgary. Alberta.

Good location!

Good location, very clean, great to have parking. On the Thursday pm we noticed a small leak from the toilet in the master and also the other toilet when flushed continued to have water running. On Friday, just before 11 am we checked out but not able to see the caretaker? to tell him about the bathrooms. We had a ferry to catch.

Amazing Condo within walking distance downtown

Check in was so smooth and once we parked the car we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment is perfect and has everything you would need. The bed was so good we bought the same mattress when we got home. We will be back !!!

Loved the view

Your apartment was very clean, in a great location to explore Old Town and China Town. The wrap around deck was great for enjoying the view of the city. The security in the building was first rated.

A weekend in Victoria

Perfect location and very comfortable with all the necessities. Met up with family and it worked well for the five of us once someone showed us where the spare bed was. We would definitely return.

Winter get away

The condo had been renovated thus spacious and very well decorated. Very comfortable beds. Very good location close to groceries, the harbour, wonderful restaurants and shopping . Easy access. Would stay again

Quick Getaway to Victoria

My husband and I came to Seattle for a funeral and decided at the last minute to take the seaplane across to Victoria. I found this wonderful 14th floor condo to be available for the five days we were to be in Victoria. The condo is very nicely furnished with a wrap around balcony, high ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows/doors on both sides. The pictures depict it correctly. We usually stay closer to the Empress/harbor area but found this location excellent as it is a close/short walk to excellent restaurants, sightseeing, and things to do. Radie and the on-site staff were great. Their response and assistance were excellent.
