Important - Please read before booking:
1. Smoke and pet free unit. No smoking allowed on property. $250 fine per day of stay if smoking or pet is discovered on property.
2. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Please bring your own. If property’s hand towels are used, please wash prior to departure.
3. Please do not hang towels on railing of deck. Condo association will charge a $25 per occurrence fine if towels are hung outside.
4. This is a family oriented, owner occupied building. Please no partying or loud/inappropriate behavior.
