Located in the Old Northwood neighborhood approximately 10 minutes from the beach, you’re also within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, and art galleries at Northwood Village.

Originally built in 1926, this well-appointed home boasts wood flooring, stunning archways, and two private outdoor spaces. Create favorite recipes using upgraded stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, then serve meals at the elegant six-seat dining room table. Gather in the light-filled living room and watch shows on the smart TV or host a game night at the adjacent high-top table with seating for five. Sip morning coffee on the covered front porch overlooking the tranquil neighborhood. Fire up the gas grill on the back patio and dine alfresco at the dining table; twinkling string lights illuminate this intimate outdoor space. Pack lightly, your vacation rental provides a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
