This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.

No parties / events allowed on property.

3rd party bookings are not allowed. Guest making reservation must be present throughout their stay.

Pets - House trained dog is welcome with prior approval at an additional rate of $225/stay per dog. 2 dog maximum. All dogs MUST be house trained. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the home, and to pick up after them in the yard.




Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
