Today I have 5 SummerHill Condos and I've enjoyed restoring these units back to a condition that is welcoming to my guests. I hope you enjoy your time here and will come back to Fairfield Bay often.
I've worked hard to think of everything I could to make your stay perfect. If I have forgotten something, or you have a suggestion, please share it with me. I'm always willng to learn. I have traveled using VRBO exclusively for years. I cant think of a better way to explore new places.

SummerHill Condos are the cutest places ever! They are perfect for a quick getaway for a celebration, a respite, or an adventure. They have everything needed to make your stay comfortable, from the new beds and linens, the new heating/AC units, to the kitchenette and the large smart TV. You'll see! Come see us! There are 5 units here that I have re-worked. Come back and see us again!

My favorite part of each condo is the privacy out the back door. You will wake up in each one with a view that will set your mood for the day. Some are closer to the trees than others. This one? you can almost reach out and touch the trees off the back deck. There are no neighbors in the back, or out the windows. Very unique!.
