The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The resort itself was wonderful, it’s a bit dated, but having multiple pools , a restaurant on site (for breakfast), a ride to & from the beach daily 10am-10pm, & friendly staff compensate. The unit we stayed in was booked through a 3rd party, so I don’t know if booking through the resort would’ve been better. Ours was 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. One of the bedrooms was missing a big chunk of blinds & had a sheer curtain, leaving no privacy. We let the property management company know, but after 2 hours of waiting to hear when someone would come, we decided to buy darkening curtains to cover the window & also a rod & 2 pairs of curtains to cover the closet that was being used for storage, but had no doors. The unit smelled very musty. The carpets could probably use a deep clean to help with that. When we booked, I called the rental company to make sure this unit was top floor. Upon arrival we found out it wasn’t, & had very loud neighbors above us after “quiet time”. Price was $1144 for 3 nights. This was overpriced in our opinion for having broken blinds, doors missing, burned out bulbs in both bathrooms, musty odor, thin walls, & found a cockroach the last day. No it wasn’t a palmetto bug, an actual house roach. We notified the property manager, so we hope that was addressed, along with the broken blinds & bedroom storage closet without doors. I would stay at this resort again, but in a different, updated, top floor unit. We weren’t offered any sort of compensation, unfortunately.
