Good location only

No wash clothes had to request 4 times and received 2 days later from a house cleaner with an attitude. Apartment had potential but not cleaned well when i walked around in my socks they picked up alot of dirt/hair from floor. Parking Key fob did not work and had to wait on security to open gate that cost us time daily.

Great place but communication was TERRIBLE

The place itself was wonderful and clean. Wish they provided more washcloths than the one provided for 2 guests. The owner did not provide any check in details until after contacting VRBO and even then it was after check in time. The parking situation was terrible. The FOB did not work. We were lucky and found free street parking but the host did not respond well. Never cleared any of the parking issues up. Would not answer calls or hardly texts. Very very frustrating stay.

New apartment in an evolving neighborhood

We chose this location for convenience to both NYC and visits to different NJ places and it fit the bill for both. The place is nice with a well equipped kitchen, good-sized living room and bedroom, and big and clean bathroom. We got a fob for getting into parking lots but it's also possible to park on the street. In the basement are both a fitness room and game room.

Super clean, contemporary, convenient apartment

Perfect The only disappointment was the non working parking lot FOB and a non working access card to the fitness room. We were able to trail other cars and/or contact security to access and exit the secure parking lot. Another person held the door to the fitness room which has clean modern equipment
