Dirty and unfriendly host
We rented a house with friends and were disappointed when we entered the house. Rules are pasted around the house, but the host forgot the main rule that the house must be cleaned. When I wrote to him about issues,he just said sorry and stopped answering my messages. I wrote to customer service, added a photo, because all the appliances in the kitchen were dirty, the refrigerator inside too. There were no detergents for the dishwasher. The bathrooms were also dirty, there was garbage all over the house. The power went out in the bathroom, there was no light provided, and unclean. However, the owner refused to return the money for cleaning that was included in the price of the house. When we asked for a login and password for Wi-Fi, he didn't send it either (although everyone leaves a brochure for guests). I've never seen the owner behave like that, it's just terrible. I don't even know why he has such a house rating. After this visit, I do not recommend visiting it, it is dirty, hot (the owner controlled the air conditioning), the owner is not friendly.The service he provided was not pleasant and overall the stay wasn’t great. The kids in the house had to figure out other ways to get their school work done, as well as we needed to use our own mobile internet in order to get their school work. Instead of spending time relaxing and enjoying the vacation I have dreamed of, I spent my time cleaning this dirty house.I would never return to this house again. I do NOT recommend.
