Our beautiful new build vacation house located in a quiet neighborhood in North Port close to beaches, restaurants and entertainments . The open floor plan can accommodate 10 guests comfortably (8 adults and 2 kids max).

Located near restaurants and grocery stores and entertainment. Some of our favorite spots are Sharky's On the Pier, Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza and Blue Tequilas.

Minutes from Wellen Park and CoolToday Park Atlanta Braves Spring training center.

Super close to Warm Mineral Springs.

35 miles to Siesta Key Beach/Lido Key Beach and Saint Armands Cir and Lido Beach.

The master closet and garage are off limits for our guests. Tampering with locks and keypad will result in cancellation and fees.
There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the dining space seating for 12 people plus a high chair.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and peninsula kitchen island.
Plenty of place settings including drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, blender, coffee maker, Keurig (including complimentary K-cups and sugar packets!)
Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining room table that seats 8.
3 Smart TV's and super fast WiFi , Ring doorbell camera. Garage lights and camera.

Starter items:Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher/laundry detergent, and soap provided! Extras are available upon request and at least 24 hours before check in only. The house has a septic system, please don't flush anything except toilet paper or food down the kitchen sink.
Guest access: You have access to the entire 1,750 sq.ft. home minus garage/master closet for owner storage.
Parking: 4 spots on the driveway. Please no parking on the street, or grass area. Request permission for oversized vehicles or trailers. Gas grill available upon request. Guests are responsible for maintaining the grill including tank refill and cleaning after every use. No cooking bacon on the grill is allowed. Minimum $50 charge for dirty grill or surrounding area.
Strict no pets policy. The owners and our cleaners have pet allergies.
ID to be provided upon request. 8 adults max, a maximum of 10 total guests. An extra guest fee may apply $100 per guest per stay. If available an early check in or late check out fee may apply $50 minimum charge. Min $500 pet cleaning fee for 'No Pet' rule violation.

Trash/ Recycle bins MUST go out before Thursday morning 6am, front of bin facing the street. End of the driveway, opposite side of the mailbox. All trash must be in the bags provided for you. Do not put any trash next to the trashcan. Guests are responsible for disposal of any extra trash that doesn't fit in the trashcan. Fees may apply for non-compliance.

This is a new build home with brand new furniture, we want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $450 eviction fee. No illegal activities of any kind this will result in immediate cancelation of your reservation. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (please do it somewhere else), any excess cars or unregistered guests. Absolutely no indoor smoking. Everyone in the booking must be 27+ unless accompanied by parents. 8 adults maximum. We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property.
If this is your intention PLEASE do not book! Property is ideal for family vacations or relaxing friends get togethers.
