Fantastic!

The property was as seen in the pics: cozy, roomy, well equipped, and very clean. Location was convenient with ample parking and a shuttle stop at the driveway. Most importantly, the owners were fantastic with communication, extended our stay when an emergency arose, and were concerned and genuinely kind. We look forward to staying here again!,

Perfect ski condo

2 families with kids and condo is perfect size. Bathrooms are all updated. Beds are comfy. And kitchen is stocked with everything you can want. Probably the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. TVs in every room too.

What a great place!!

We stayed here for two nights during our recent trip to 7 Springs for some east coast family skiing. The convenience to the resort was second to none, took about 8 minutes to get there. Hidden Valley 18 minutes away as well. The place was as described, pictures were very accurate, I thought that the place was even better in person. Unit was very spacious for our needs, was updated with modern styled bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, etc., and was spotless (as in CLEAN!). Nice coffee setup with ground coffee (we brought our own anyways!), some pods, also nice to see tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine. The location was in the Swiss Mountain Drive region and was quite tranquil and beautiful. Got a nice picture of the unit with Orion’s Belt overhead (not a constellation geek but it was hard to miss!). In short, we were very pleased with our stay, and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Team Evolve!

What a fantastic place!

This gem in the SM development was simply outstanding. I feel that the beauty and updated decor was evident in the pictures but far exceeded when seen in-person. In terms of cleanliness, the unit was impeccable. It was a nice touch to see a solid coffee set up (both ground and k cups), dishwasher and laundry detergent packs, etc. Linens and towels were aplenty. It was about a 7 to 8 minute drive to 7 Springs and about 20 minutes to Hidden Valley, super convenient for sure! We drove, but anybody can elect to do the shuttle system. Buses were coming and going continuously. Don’t know what else to say.…. if I were to seek out a unit to purchase in the Laurel Highlands, I would want a place like this! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Great condo, convenient location

Freezing and Very Disappointing!

When we checked into our rental it was 40 degrees inside and 1 degree outside. I had informed property manager the day prior to please have the condo warm when we arrive as we were bringing my 93 year old mother along with our family. Contacted them shortly after we arrived. It was unbearable in the house. They assured me it would be warm soon. 3 hrs. later it was only 50 degrees. My mother was shaking under 3 blankets in a bed. I asked for help numerous times if their emergency team could at least drop off a portable heater for one room. Nothing. It was 55 degrees at 10:30pm. This was our Christmas Eve. Trying to make our traditional Slovak meal and eat while wearing coats and blankets. No one could shower or bathe as the bathrooms were even colder. The last communication I received from property manager was more or less telling us to leave if we needed to. Really… take my mom and family out with snowy frigid -30 windchill at 10:30pm on Christmas Eve.

Fantastic Experience

WOW! Beautifully updated, clean, and well maintained - this condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Loved the 4 seasons theme. A great rental for large family groups or sharing between 2 or 3 families even. Management was easy to reach and responsive. This was our base for a weekend of Laurel Highlands activities and it was perfect! Easy access to the resort, nearby hiking/biking, local attractions, and restaurants. Open and airy, but still comfy cozy and super quiet in the evenings/nights. The deck is very private with views for miles – we can only imagine how nice it is when its warmer out – would be awesome spot for dinner “at home.” Kitchen had everything we needed from corkscrew to gourmet spices. If we could, we’d give it 6 stars. We will be back!
