The apartment has a bedroom with single beds that can be converted to a double bed, and two comfortable sofa beds in the living room, making it an excellent option to accommodate up to four people. In addition, it has a full bathroom and a toilet, which guarantees the comfort and privacy of all guests.

The apartment also has air conditioning in all rooms, which is ideal for the hottest days of the year. It also has a built-in laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to cook your favorite meals as if you were at home.

The apartment has high speed internet so you can stay connected at all times.

But best of all is the beautiful view that you can enjoy from the apartment. You will be able to admire the city from above and relax in a modern and cozy atmosphere.

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
