This single-story home is centrally located in the Melrose-Mercy neighborhood, less than two miles southwest of downtown St. Petersburg. Within those two miles, you'll find Tropicana Field, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, The Dalí, the Chihuly Collection, and other fantastic museums. Or, head in the other direction to lounge on St. Pete Beach just seven miles west.

Built in 1920, this bungalow is full of Old Florida charm. Bring your morning coffee outside to the front porch, relax in the afternoons on the deck out back, and light the gas grill for evening barbecues in the fenced backyard.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a long-term stay, from central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi to a private washer/dryer. Enjoy an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining room table where you can set up board games at night, and a living room with plush seating and a smart TV. Each bedroom has its own smart TV as well to lull you into a restful night's sleep.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
