This charming one bedroom bungalow offers you the comforts of home while vacationing, in the midst of finding a new home or if you are looking for a longer term furnished rental.

It is fully furnished and decorated with a modern feel with a well appointed kitchen, laundry room, patio deck furniture and barbecue. Wifi is provided, there is a smart TV which you can use with your own Netflix or streaming accounts.

The queen size bed is made up with new linens and towels are provided. A separate dressing room has ample storage space for your clothing.

You will be staying above our full time renters who are a quiet couple and we hope our guests will be mutually respectful.

We are located near the C-train but you may wish to have a car as Calgary is a large city. We are about an hour from Banff and the Rocky Mountains. This is an excellent location to use as a base while travelling.

Should you need space to work, we have a separate office with a desk and chair.
