With the access road newly formed guests of Retreat 53 can drive out of the neighborhood and around the reservoir to the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola in roughly 5 minutes or less, making this location a new hot spot particularly for Deer Valley skiing. Guests also have quick driving access to Park City Mountain and Canyons Village at 10 minutes to each. Downtown Park City is just a few miles down the road and is about a 7 minute trip to the historic corridor. The townhome offers 4 bedrooms which include a King master suite with ensuite bath, a Queen suite with ensuite bath, a Queen bedroom with shared bath with a bedroom having 2 Twin beds. Finally, there is a Queen pull out sofa in the loft that has adjacent shared bath. Two Twin roll-a-way beds are also available. The property boasts sleeping arrangements for 12 travelers, making this townhome very desirable for various guest groups like multi-generational family stays, Sundance executive or other corporate retreats, singles getaways and more.
