The GreenLinks Villa Clubhouse has a resort style pool/hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, poolside grilling, fitness center and a short walk to golf. This unit was completely renovated in Oct 2024 (photo update in November) with furnishings, sofa bed and linens, kitchen, bath & appliances! The full-sized kitchen has quartz countertops, pantry and stacked washer/dryer. The King Master Suite overlooks the stunning view of the 10th hole of Flamingo Golf Course, a walk-in closet, and a new large shower that will make you want to stay all winter! The guest bathroom is attached to the guest room with 2 twin beds (converts to a king). The den can be used as an office by day and sleeping area at night in the Q sofa bed. The living area has a large quartz island, a comfy sectional and swivel chair. The screened balcony has a table, chairs, and a gorgeous view of the course! It’s like watching the golf channel!
Beach/Pool towels are provided along with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and sand toys! Walk to the pool/hot tub or use the poolside grilling amenities. The pool/fitness room is in the GreenLinks Clubhouse which requires the Guest Pass at all times.
