This home has been recently renovated to provide you with the utmost comfort and style. You'll find modern furnishings, elegant decor, and top-notch finishes throughout. The welcoming living room invites you to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on the large smart TV or break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining time with your loved ones. The adjacent wood-burning fireplace is ready to keep you nice and warm during your stay.

The chef in your group will love the full kitchen. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step out onto the spacious deck and soak in the fresh mountain air. It's the perfect spot for outdoor dining, entertaining, or simply unwinding in the evenings. Gather around the firepit with family and friends for s'mores and stories under the starry night sky. It's a fantastic way to create lasting memories! The additional multipurpose living area with a shuffleboard table on the second level is great for a home office, home gym, kids’ play area, or hobby room. The primary suite is on the main level with a large smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower, a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a stacked washer/dryer.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
