3 Night Minimum Stay. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom trailside unit with access to Lifts 2 & 3, located next to the former Alpen Inn. Large open concept living room, dining room with new gas fireplace, electronic game table (40+ games) and seating for 5 at countertop in kitchen. Flat screen TV with Roku. Modern appliances in kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, and microwave. All the comforts of home with a newly added washer & dryer. Newly remodeled 4 bedrooms located on main level with two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is recently remodeled (summer 2024). Staircase leads to second floor living area. 1 bedroom on upper level off of living area and full bathroom. Large deck facing the ski hill for the ski-in ski-out convenience. Outdoor gas grill. New lower back deck. New sun deck right next to the ski run. Prime snowmobile access from this unit. Dog friendly (new as of the 2024-25 ski season). Sleeps 12.

Fresh snow and good skiing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice weekend for our annual trip to Powderhorn mountain. This year we had plenty of snow and got quite a bit more during our stay there, so the skiing was excellent and the ski-in and out feature was amazing. We did struggle a little with the bedrooms getting cold as there weren't heating vents in all of them, and some cleanliness concerns though nothing extreme. Overall we had a nice stay and would book this place again still.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a big family and it’s hard to find a house we can all stay. Staying together is important for us. Ski in ski out is another thing we really appreciate. This home has it all. Our kids and grandkids had an absolute blast here. Easy run for the kids to get on and navigate. Great memories made. The house is comfy, beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen has what you need. I would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wish the slopes had been open, when so many in the area were, but the space was really nice and cozy. We were able to cook for a group and spend quality time with lovely snowy views.

Summer retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend getaway to Powderhorn Mountain. Our cabin was great for 4 families with a handful of young children. Our hope was to be able to ski-in and and out of our lodge, but there wasnt enough snow resulting in the run the lodge is on being closed during our weekend there. Even with this unfortunate luck, we still have a great time and want to come back again to get that ski-in and out experience a different year.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: average. Hill was only half open for skiing but had to pay full price for list tickets. Cabin was poorly cared for. Dirty with lots of cob-webs. Mice in the walls can be heard at night.
