Welcome to this beautifully designed and fully furnished home, strategically located just south of the famous Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Open floor-plan kitchen and living space that exudes comfort and style. The. backyard includes an enclosed area with a private pool.
This home has been upgraded with the Platinum Builders package, boasting numerous enhancements throughout, including kitchen cabinets, countertops, tiles, and other exquisite finishes. Being an end unit, it offers more privacy compared to other lots and affords a picturesque view of the fenced pond in the front.

All amounts charged are via the Airbnb platform. We do not receive amounts in cash or by any other method.
Welcome to our vacation home! To ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
All rules are followed as listed in the renting platform such as payment rules and housing rules.
1-The maximum number of guests allowed in the vacation home is stated in the rental agreement / listed in the platform. Additional visitors are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained from the management.
2-This property operates on a self-catering basis. Complimentary welcome amenities (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel) are provided for your first use only. For the duration of your stay, kindly bring your own supplies.
3-Cancelation Policy Strict: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If canceled between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights. If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
4-Noise and Disturbance: Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud parties, music, or any behavior that disturbs the peace or tranquility of the area are strictly prohibited.
5-We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable considering it is free for all guests.
6-Smoking and Substance Use: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The use of illegal drugs or any other controlled substances is also strictly prohibited. If not followed the FEE OF $500.00 will be applied as penalty.
7-Pets: Unless otherwise agreed upon, pets are not permitted on the premises. Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the rental agreement. Pet Fee: $150 per pet ( If requested prior check-in day and approved by the host - does not mean the host will allow it). Pet Penalty: $1000.00 per pet ( When pets are in the house without agreement).
8-Housekeeping: The vacation home will be clean upon your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are not provided, but we can arrange for cleaning during your stay at an additional cost if requested in advance.
9-Appliances and Amenities: Please use all appliances, equipment, and amenities provided responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.
10-Security and Valuables: While we strive to maintain a safe environment, it is your responsibility to secure your personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during your stay.
11-Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if you need to make special arrangements.
13-Parking: Dedicated parking spaces are provided for guests, and specific instructions will be provided upon arrival. Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking access for others.
13-Compliance with Laws: Guests are required to comply with all local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
14-Assignability; Governing Law: This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to third party without the express written approval of Legacy Quality Services. This agreement is governed by and in enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action.
Important Notice: Electric Car Charging Prohibition
We kindly request that guests refrain from charging their electric cars at our vacation home. Charging electric vehicles on the premises is strictly prohibited, as it poses considerable risks to your liability. By completing the reservation process, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with these vacation home rules may result in additional charges, termination of the rental agreement, and/or refusal of future bookings. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you enjoy your stay in our vacation home!"
