Welcome to Stairway to Heaven, an expansive 3,264 sq. ft. mountain haven, serenely situated on a private 2.62-acre ridge top. This retreat offers a sanctuary of peace and panoramic beauty, cradled in the heights of the Smokies

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Please be aware that there may be some light noise due to the construction of a new house nearby, but it is expected to be minimal and should not significantly affect your stay.
• Please be aware that the driveway to the property is a bit narrow, so it's important to drive with care when entering and exiting.
• Please note that the back porch firepit is currently non-operational and will be removed eventually due to new STR regulations prohibiting it from being located so close to the cabin. However, there is a wood fire pit available for use on the property.
• Please note that lawn care may be performed periodically between now and September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
• Security: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with security cameras at the front door and parking area, pointing outdoors.
• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: while we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental.
• Be mindful of the local wildlife and dispose of any garbage in the designated bear bin provided outside.​
• Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues by our rental policy. Feel free to reach out to us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.

• Parking: available for 2 vehicles besides the cabin and maybe 1 or 2 more in the gravel area
• Pets: not allowed
• Smoking: prohibited
• Notes:
• The hot tub is regularly serviced and cleaned for each guest, but it may take some time to heat up before use.
• Most of the TVs feature Roku services
• The gas grill is currently unavailable, but a charcoal grill can be used instead. Guests must provide their own charcoal, as it is not included.
• No parties are allowed
• The gas fireplace on the covered deck is only available during the fall and winter seasons.
• Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to coordinate this service.


Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $500 USD will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
