The unit is located on the beach, steps from the sand and a short 5 min walk to downtown . Here you will find restaurants, shopping, bars and the famous Aquarium located on the pier.

The home has a large balcony to enjoy sunsets with bbq and fire pit

Prime location on The Strand, this beach house is located on the water with easy access to the beach. Boardwalk, beach, sand and volley ball nets all in your backyard.

Open floor plans with beach views all through out the home, hardwood floors throughout entire home, plenty of natural light and dimmable mood lighting.

Master bedroom offers beautiful natural lighting, floor to ceiling windows, ocean front views, floor length mirrors, plenty of closet space and comfort.

Guest bedroom also offers beautiful natural lighting, partial ocean views, floor length mirror, plenty of closet space and comfort.

Spacious patio deck is furnished with modern comfy furniture and equipped with barbecue grill and outdoor lighting. Perfect for tanning, yoga, meditation, lounging, grilling and sunsets.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, drink / dinnerware and spices for any chef.

Dining area comfortably seats 5 including bar stools.

Living room equipped with smart 60” flatscreen TV. Comfortable lounging sectional sofa.

Perfect vacation spot

We felt so relaxed and at home here. Great place, location and safe neighborhood. We would definitely book here again if we go back to California. The host Tony was very nice and quick to answer any questions we had. questions we had.

Great Stay

The unit was in a great location as we were basically right on the beach; you just can't beat that. All of the rooms felt fresh and very clean. The home had updated finishes and nice linens. There was super convenient parking for one car (little tight as almost any parking is in this area. only an issue if you have an XL vehicle). Balcony with ocean view was fantastic and host was communicative and friendly. We could walk or jog to several piers along the strand and had countless dining options within walking distance; even more via short car ride or uber.
