Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom casita located in the heart of historic Junius Heights, Dallas! This cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short-term stays and extended visits.

✔Free parking on premises. The guest for the casitas are allowed to park in the driveway

ADDITIONAL:
✔NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
✔Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home.
✔Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever.
✔Please note that the property is equipped with a security camera.
✔Parties or event not allowed on this property.
✔ Please note: This home does not have an internet connection, a washer and a dryer
