If you are looking for a comfortable retreat for your family or group in central Summit County, Anna's Getaway is the place to stay.

Our home is a fully equipped 1,200 sqft 3 bed/3 bath mountain condo. Two bedrooms with queen size beds are on the main floor, along with the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The second floor is a large loft-style bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.

Enjoy the panoramic mountain views through huge picture windows while you share a meal with family and friends or relax in the living area. The dining room table seats 8 and there is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere.

The property clubhouse, right across the parking lot and adjacent to our building, is considered to be the best clubhouse in the WilderNest neighborhood. Two indoor hot tubs; indoor pool; sauna. Changing rooms. Indoor racquetball. Indoor pool, foosball, ping-pong tables. Outdoor tennis and pickleball (summers only). Credit card operated laundry machines.

The property backs to Eagle's Nest Wilderness Area. Two wilderness trailheads are within a 1/4 mile walk from the building and provide easy access to a range of hiking and snowshoeing trails. And we frequently see wildlife on the property: moose, elk, deer, foxes, even bears.

Our home is well-equipped with all the things we like to have handy for a great family vacation. A fully stocked kitchen and pantry, so we can easily cook whatever we fancy. Multiple sets of snowshoes, kid's sleds, tennis racquets, books and toys, board games. TV with Apple TV and Google ChromeCast. A great stereo system. Everything you and your family need to relax!

And of course don't forget the skiing! Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Loveland Pass are all a 20 minutes' drive. Breckenridge, A-Basin, and Ski Cooper are 30 minutes away. You can be in Vail and Beaver Creek in 45 minutes. Hallway ski locker for storing your skis and poles.

Summit County is a great vacation destination in the summer too! Hiking, trail rides, golf, climbing, road and mountain biking. Water sports at Lake Dillon (canoes, kayaks, sailing). Music festivals and summer concerts. Scenic train rides.

NEW FOR 2024 -- we just finished a major remodel. We remodeled the master bath, updated the first floor flooring, replaced all of the windows and window coverings, and repainted the entire unit.

Fathers and Sons Ski Trip

I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. The property is about 15 minutes from Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge. Our group skied at both Keystone and Copper. Everyone had a great time! The condo is close to the club house which includes 2 hot tubs, a pool and lots of space for other activities. The unit was clean and adaptable to different sleeping arrangements. The host was extremely responsive and had an on-line app with lists of things to do, places to eat and rules of the rental. We found this very useful! The only issue we had was minor. The bunk room is at the top of a staircase and does not have a doorway. Accordingly, noise in the living space can disturb those trying to sleep in the bunk room. We only found this to be a minor inconvenience. The view off the deck is beautiful - especially on a clear day. What a great vacation!

The house has everything!

There's coffee, cereal, oat meal, and other spices. There's tennis rackets, snow shoes, sledges, and other sport equipments. Fireplace, pain killer, cook wares, everything you can expect from a VRBO rental! The clubhouse is also very well equipped with 2 hot tub, 1 heated pool, a pool table.

Great Family Condo!

We were here for a week with daughter and grandsons, plus some family visitors. Condo is very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, views out the front windows are amazing, and three full bathrooms is perfect! We had a little trouble unlocking the door on arrival but Anna was available to assist. This is a great place, boys skied Copper, only about ten minutes away. And many other places to explore! Highly recommend!

Great spot!

Great spot for a family of 5! Kitchen was well stocked for meals in. Lose to the club house for pool and hot tub time. Anna was always very responsive to emails. Thanks for a great ski trip!

Comfortable and clean

This property was very comfortable and well appointed. Description was completely accurate. We were 8 total (4 adults, 4 kids) and fit comfortably. Not a ton of "storage" space for clothes and such but we made it work. The pool and hot tubs were also a welcome treat after skiing. We stayed for 5 nights and cooked about 1/2 our meals and had no trouble doing so.

Really enjoyed our stay. little bit of a drive (10min) from the freeway and make sure you have 4WD or snow tires if there's any snow. Very well-equipped house

Close to ski areas

This property was very clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. We had 2 children ages 4&6 in our group who enjoyed the great supply of toys and books.

Great family ski trip gateways

The cabin was cozy and perfect size for two families. It was well stocked and located right across the club house where we could enjoy the pool, hot tub, and sauna after a full ski day. Anna was a great communicator and would answer any question quickly. Highly recommended.

Nice space and great location

Greta property that is fully stocked. We enjoyed the Hot tub and sauna in the clubhouse. Convenient to a lot of great restaurants and shops in silverthorne. We had one question when we got there and the owners replied right away and took care of it. Very responsive!

Well-equipped

They supply everything you need for cooking, including many spices. We brought paper plates and bowls, which were nice to have. It was perfect for our group, including a third bathroom I didn't remember about. It was just missing a few light bulbs. The clubhouse was great, and we enjoyed it all, except it was only missing a foosball.. The stairs could be a problem for some, but we loved the exercise! We would definitely choose it again!

Wonderful stay with stellar views

Our family had a wonderful spring break vacation this past April at Anna's Getaway. The condo location is perfect and is very close to many major ski resorts. We were extremely lucky for the fresh April snow and spent our days having a blast skiing at Copper Mountain, then returned to the condo to relax. The condo itself has everything you need! The kitchen is stocked, there are plenty of games and books to keep the kids occupied and we also used the clubhouse for their indoor pool and hot tubs!! We also loved the tremendous views of the snowy mountains out of the main windows!! Finally, the owners were super nice and helpful and extremely responsive to every communication. Overall, we had a fabulous experience staying here!!

Fabulous Stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The view was amazing! It was also great that the kitchen was fully stocked because we prepared most of our meals on site. We have college and high school kids and they loved hanging out at the clubhouse. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries. There were also many games and puzzles for additional entertainment. This is a third floor walk up so make sure you can do all the steps. However, the view is totally worth it when you get to the top!

This was the best stocked property we have ever stayed in. The views were beautiful and we had everything we needed. The hostess of this home is very helpful and responds to messages very quickly. I would recommend staying here.

Great lay-out!

Our family of 8 had a great time here. We loved the view!! The clubhouse was awesome and just across the parking lot! The carpet could use a cleaning but otherwise loved staying here!

Nice Condo! Great owners!

Awesome view from Condo, especially the sunrises across the mountain. Beautiful clubhouse across the parking lot has a racquetball court, hot tub, Sauna, pool table, and ping pong table. Clubhouse also has showers and a laundry. Saw a fox crossing the street ahead of our car.

Great Condo

Stayed here for annual “guys” ski trip. Place was very clean, quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Location is great to everything you may need in Silverthorne and we were able to drive to Breckenridge, Keystone, Beaver Creek and Vail to ski and ride during our stay. Awesome views from the condo, as well!

Had a great time!

We had a great time! The views were amazing. The place was nice. Beds were comfy. Things were clean upon check in. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The clubhouse was fun and conveniently located very close to the rental. One of the toilets wasn’t working properly so I contacted Anna and she responded quickly and took care of the problem. The only thing that could use some attention would be the carpet. It’s definitely old and stained in spots but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

Family Ski Trip

Hi, We are Nick and Anna LeCuyer. We bought our Summit County second home as our family vacation home in 2009, when we lived in the Denver area. For the next three years, we used the unit nearly every weekend as a family getaway. In 2012, we moved to California for work, and were no longer able to use the unit as frequently, so began hosting guests. We've been hosting guests at Anna's Getaway for a dozen years now! We still vacation there ourselves, typically for 2-3 weeks a year both winter and summer.

We wanted our second home to be right in the heart of Summit County, with easy access to the major ski resorts and summertime hiking, as well as easy access to the amenities of Summit County's towns. We also wanted a second home large enough for our extended family and friends to enjoy the mountains with us.

We also wanted an escape from the hustle and bustle of the work week. The quiet location and the views always refresh us.

We chose this home for its easy access to the best of Summit County's resorts and recreational options, great family-friendly layout, spectacular views, amazing clubhouse, and the proximity to National Forest trailheads for hiking and snowshoeing. The building and grounds are well maintained by the HOA. The interior of the unit is inviting, and organic, with lots of natural wood touches and great natural lighting. The unit has lots of great modern updates, yet authentically preserves the strong original character. We've outfitted the unit with all the things that make us comfortable when we stay there ourselves, including a fully stocked kitchen and pantry.
