We are located in the heart of Ocho Rios, only a 7-minute walk to beaches, dining, shops, and a 5-minute drive to attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain, & White River Rafting.
With breathtaking penthouse & panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea & Ocho Rios skyline, and nestled among indigenous tropical plant life, OceanBreeze is where luxury & nature intersect.
The newly available OceanBreeze Jamaica Penthouse is a spacious, contemporary, luxury one bedroom apartment with a private covered outdoor gazebo. Tucked away in a more intimate corner of the Columbus Heights hillside complex and surrounded by well-manicured gardens, this cozy unit is ideal for up to two guests.
AMENITIES
Guest amenities include keyless entry, a queen-sized bed, large Smart TV (with 250+ cable channels), high-speed Internet with multiple USB outlets, and a dedicated workspace. Guests are also provided a separate living room, dining room, full kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle plus utensils and dishware), bathroom with dual-head shower, and many other comforts.
Whether gazing at ships entering or leaving the port, or simply admiring the glow of the city lights, guests enjoy stunning picturesque penthouse views of and breezes from the Caribbean Sea and Ocho Rios skyline from their private covered gazebo and from every window.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
OceanBreeze Jamaica Penthouse uses a professional deep cleaning and sanitization crew prior to each guest arrival. Guest may request complimentary cleaning after every 3rd night, or guests may opt to forego cleaning and instead request a replenishment of towels and other items.
POOL AND GROUNDS
Guests have access to the pool that is just steps away. And if one pool is not enough, then guests can dip their toes in any of the five other pools. If a morning jog or an evening stroll is on the itinerary, then there are ample common areas to explore on the grounds and gardens of this complex.
PARKING
Ample, free parking is available for guests.
SECURITY AND SAFETY
Guests need not worry about safety as the complex has 24/7 gated entrance with security guard and nightly roaming security patrol.
